When we walked in the receptionist greeted us with a smile and led us to the right direction. No longer than three minutes after walking in daniel had us seated down starting the procedure for getting a vehicle. Within the hour I was test driving the vehicle I inquired about. After two hours I drove off the lot with my vehicle. Daniel was very friendly ,talkitive and went the extra mile to make sure my needs were met.

From the first click of interest on their website, I have been nothing but impressed with the staff at Infiniti of Lafayette. Chris responded quickly to my inquiry and continued to follow-up every day, always answering my questions. His emails, calls, and texts were never bothersome or pushy, but rather I knew he was sincerely interested in assisting us in every way possible. We are so happy with our QX60 and can't wait to refer all our friends and family to this new, easy, non-gimmicky way of car buying.

This was my first purchase from Infiniti Of Lafayette. Daniel was not pushy salesman and every detail of what was requested from the beginning was delivered. The entire team treated u well as you walked into the doors. Daniel made certain that every detail that I requested was delivered and made certain that I was completely satisfied. Was not really interested in buying a car on that day until I meant Daniel. Really a great guy not just a salesman. I am very please with my purchase.

Easiest car buying experience to date. Bill Jones was helpful at all stages of the process, and if he didn't immediately have an answer for us, he was willing to ask someone who could get us an answer. The purchasing process was painless and seamless and we went from walking onto the lot with a used vehicle and leaving the lot in a new vehicle in less than 3 hours.

We went to Infinite of Lafayette to simply look at the seat configuration of a Ford Expedition but found that it not only met our need, but it was so clean and gently used that we decided to buy. We found Luay to be very kind and sincere and trusted him to guide us through the buying process. We came prepared to haggle but their price fairly, no haggle policy made it easy and we left feeling great about our purchase!

Mr. Alshehabi was amazing so helpful never once pushy he helped me and my husband so much to get my dream SUV.. Because of Alshehabi help I drove off in my Audi and I can't thank him enough for all he went thru to make sure I was happy. I will never deal with anyone else but Mr. Alshehabi!!!

After seeing my dream car on the lot at infinite Friday I thought about it all night next morning I woke up and had the Honor of talking to Luay Alshehabi. I stated I lived in abbeville and I just wanted to see if they still had this SUV on there lot. He stated yes I told him I was on my way. As we got there he came meet me and my husband right away showed us around and met a few people right there I felt like this was gonna be our new home after buying my dream SUV there.
