I flew from out-of-town to pickup my SUV.
I flew from out-of-town to pickup my SUV. They picked me up from the airport and then proceeded to walk me thru the features and even setup my phone. The car was clean and ready for me to drive it off the lot. I appreciate their efforts to make this a smooth, easy and enjoyable experience. I would buy another car from them.

Excellent service!! Salesman Patrick Shadrick done a GREAT job finding the exact Tacoma truck I was looking for!! I would highly recommend Patrick to anyone shopping for a Toyota! The entire process was great from Patrick to the finance department. I would recommend Capital Toyota to anyone….. I have already shared Capital Toyota and Patrick’s contact information to two potential truck buyers & I left the lot in my new Tacoma 4 hours ago.

I've purchased many cars over my life (the last five were Cadillacs) and by far Patrick Shadrick and Capital Toyota have absolutely been the best ever to deal with! My new car arrived a few days earlier than expected (😊) and add-on accessories arrived and were scheduled to be installed in just a few short days. The car drivers from service Dept don’t use the emergency...
The car drivers from service Dept don’t use the emergency brake when parking my car on incline after service. I’ve had almost 5 years of service at the dealership and never once did they use the emergency brake after parking it on incline surface by road. The clank I heard when shifting from park to reverse upset me enough to go back in and complain to the service rep this time. I don’t appreciate the mistreatment of my transmission every time I brought my highlander in for 2 years free maintenance and the remainder of the extended 3 year warranty I bought when I ordered the suv. I have only 15,150 on this soon to be 5 years old vehicle. This was the 65000 mile service. I have never abused a transmission after my grandfather showed me the correct way to support the weight of the vehicle in neutral with the emergency brake on. No stress on transmission at all. Please teach the correct way to your drivers on the ins and outs of proper emergency brake use.
