Extra Mile at Capital
A new car, a 2017 Camry! I spent some time at Capital Toyota yesterday with Patrick Shadrick who helped me through all the steps. It started when he met me at the door. I showed Patrick the car I had my eye on. He let me know that special offers were available for the car I wanted. I chose financing through Toyota. When it was time to leave with my new car, Patrick even set up my audio/phone and helped me transfer my car seat and stroller. That's going the extra mile.

A repeat experience with the same great results
This is my second purchase from this dealership and Patrick Shadrick in three months. I bought my 2017 Camry in late October 2016 and loved this car. It was totaled in an accident on February 1, 2017 (with no injuries to me or the other driver (Praise the Lord). I came back to Capital on February 4, 2017 and purchased another Camry exactly like the one I had. How is that for an endorsement? Patrick was great to help me through a very stressful experience.

Very pleasant atmosphere, very knowledgeable staff
This is my fourth Camry that i have bought from Capital Toyota and Patrick Shadrick. They have just finished a remodeling project that I think has made the dealership so much more of a pleasant atmosphere to do business. Everything flows better. They always have a good selection of cars to choose from. Our salesman, Patrick Shadrick, is very knowledgeable and a true professional and is very pleasant to deal with.

Wonderful purchase experience
We purchased two new vehicles at Capital Toyota in recent months. We were impressed with our salesman Patrick's depth of knowledge about the vehicles and his responsiveness to our needs. Our finance officer Mike helped the final paperwork to actually be pleasant and clear.

Great overall experience!
Patrick at Capital Toyota in Chattanooga matched the Atlanta market's prices on our 2017 Sienna and included super low interest financing and rebates through Toyota Financial. He took the time to show us everything we needed to know about our new van and went the extra mile for us. Great experience. Highly recommended.

We have purchased 4 vehicles from Capital and Patrick has become our "go to guy"! We always check with him on "used" vehicles first and of course all of our "new" vehicles are with Patrick. We have purchased 2 Tundra's, a Highlander & a Scion and he was great with each purchase!

A great staff of people to work with!
I needed help with my 4 runner about an year and half ago and from the time I called and and got there with my vehicle I had the most friendly people to work with. I had to purchase another vehicle and I was very hesitant on getting another, I looked at another place after looking a little there and I went back. I was pointed to a wonder sales man who was so patient with me and helped me so much. I have gone back for other reasons since, and The BEST Customer REPRESENTIATIVE I have EVER dealt with her name is BESTY GAMMON. She is one of the most amazing people I have ever meet, she has been so helpful at helping me and so so gracious and kind! I can't say enough good things about her, I have had many many times at talking with her and NOT one time have I ever felt not understood and was helped, This is the second vehicle I have bought from Capital Toyota and I appreciate all the staff that I have ever work with or had to deal with, BUT She OUT SHINE anyone that i have ever dealt with, always so friendly and she shows her appreciation toward you as a person and always with a smile and with great understanding. I wish there was more people in this world like her. As long as she is there I will differently go to Capital Toyota.

Patrick is fantastic!
I leased my first car 3 years ago. I was in a big bind and Patrick got me the biggest deal. I returned to Patrick yesterday to turn in my passed lease and get a new one. He worked with my new situation showing me several options and finally getting me a great deal on a new Camry. It was a 5 star day.

Capital Toyota Excellent above average dealership
I have been visitating this dealership for several months to ascertain what vehicle was best for my needs and wants. I bought my Toyota Camry from this dealership several years ago and paid it off and bought this car.
