Great to buy a car from a dealer that is more concerned about keeping a customer for the long term; rather than just making a sale. The experience was not at all like the bait & switch crooks at University Kia (do not take a car and come back to sign papers the next day, promised interest rate will probably jump to >10%). Hiley Mazda never decieved me and was always truthful. They worked with me to purchase a new vehicle with the options that I wanted while staying in my monthly budget range. Thanks Louis for the 35+MPG, I’ll be sending more customers your way.

Great experience! Once my Chrysler 300 Touring hit 58,000 miles, I had a decision to make: Should I continue to drive it, since it was a perfect car with new Michelins, or should I take advantage of the mileage and trade it? In my quest I visited only three of the four dealerships in Huntsville that I knew to be reliable and well talked about. While the salesmen at the other two dealerships were friendly and knowledgeable, none compared to Tairon Payne (VW Passat) and Jeff McMillan (Audi). These two gentlemen were friendly, knowledgeable, helpful but not pushy. Tairon knew I was going to drive an Infiniti 37 and I loved its power, and I almost decided to forget the Passat. Later in the afternoon, Tairon called to ask how I liked the Infiniti. I said I loved it! Then he asked whether I would drive the V6 Passat to give the car one more chance. To be nice, I said yes, stating also that I wanted to check out the Audi, too. However, the only VW V6 on the lot sold 15 minutes before my arrival. Then I drove the 2.5L Passat once more and also the Audi. Jeff was friendly, helpful, and patient. I loved the Audi! I thought I had made my decision. But the next day, I tested the Passat again and had in the meantime talked to my friends at Johnson Foreign Auto and received reassuring words about the Passat with a good recommendation for the Audi as well but with the comment about how expensive it would be should something go awry. Well, with all that in mind, I again went with Tairon on a fairly long test drive of the Passat and liked it better the more I drove it. Then I drove the Audi and found I didn’t like it as much as the first time plus the extended warranty was out of my budget. Jeff and Tairon were as patient as any two salesmen could be. They were helpful, courteous, and knowledgeable. They may have laughed as I pulled out my measuring tape to measure the size of all the seats in each vehicle, since my 300 was exceptionally comfortable, but if they laughed, they did it quietly and who can blame them?! All in all, it was a great experience and I love my new VW Passat SE. I can highly recommend these fine gentlemen to assist you in the purchase of a car from Hiley.
