I must say my experience with Hiley Volkswagen was extremely pleasant, Mike went out of his way to give us a hassle free experience in a purchase of a truck recently purchased at the dealership. I normally get out of sorts with dealerships, but this one was quite pleasant. Mike showed me the features of the vehicle and the experience with the pricing was great. I would definitely recommend Mike at this dealership in the future.

We recently purchased a new Mazda CX-7 from Hiley Mazda. The overall experience was great. Our sales person Mike McLaughlin was very friendly and easy going and made the entire purchase experience stress free. We love our new CX-7 and it is our 3rd Mazda. If you're looking for a Mazda at a great price and a stress free purchase experience you owe it to yourself to visit Hiley Mazda.

I have purchased many cars and worked with plenty of dealers in my life. I have never seen such a lack of integrity and character as this sales manager and false advertising practices of this dealership. The dealership posted pictures of a vw car that I was interested in on Autotrader as well as there web sight however, after driving 6 hours with my family to purchase the car, I realized that the car at the dealership was a different car than in the pictures, it was a stripped out version. They were so mad that I didn't buy there car that the sales manager sent me an email calling me and my family liars and admonishing us for not purchasing there car. They then put the false picture back on there web sight! I guess to get another fly in the fly trap. Please beware of the practices of this dealership people.

Visited several dealerships when we were looking to move from a 2 seat roadster to an SUV. We hadn't given Mazda much of a thought but, after visting Hiley and meeting salesperson Keith Robinett we were quite surprised. Keith provided us with several options for a CX-7 and CX-9, we finally choose the CX-9. Keith provided us with several purchasing options, we choose to wait until the next day and unlike most salesperson's he did not pressure us into a purchase. We called him first thing the next morning and to our surprise he had everything taken care of and we were driving our new Mazda before lunch.

From the moment that I contacted the dealership Keith Robinett bent over backwards to help me with getting the car that I wanted. He drove the car to my house to deliver it rather than have me meet him or come to huntsville. I was very pleased with the service and the price they were able to get me. He set me up with my first service appointment and I haven't even driven the car 30 miles yet !!!

I went to Hiley with the idea of going there first and then one other dealer to look for a new car for my wife. I never made it to the other dealer-it wasn't necessary. The service and professionalism from Keith Robinett was top-notch from beginning to end. As if the car didn't self itself, everyone at Hiley made this a very smooth transition all the way. My wife absolutely LOVES her car and that makes us both very happy. I would "Hiley" recommend this salesman and dealer to anyone considering a new vehicle!

I had told my friend who works there what type of car I was looking for. He called me as soon as they got one in. The car was above what we had hoped for at a great price and they detailed and inspected it for us. We had to deal with a couple of more people there with financing and other things and it was all very smooth. Very friendly and good to work with. Would recommend Hiley to anyone.

Keith was extremely frieundly and clearly eager to please when it came to my new Mazda3. I was skeptical about buying a Mazda but with Hiley as the dealership I purchased from I feel verygood about my purchase. Keith went out of his way the entire day to ensure I got exactly what I wanted. I was pleasantly surprised by Keith's helpfulness as it is not typical of most car salesman. I would buy from Keith and Hokey Mazda again, no question.

I had a great expierance at the Hiley dealership! Justin was very friendly and he made sure that he gave me the best deal possible! It was the quick and smoothest car purchase I have ever made! There was no haggling or going back in forth! I would recommend Justin and Hiley to anyone!!! He took the time to explain the entire deal from the very beginning until the end! The perfect sales expierance!
