Smooth sale and trade in. Although it took a bit to sign papers. Only 1 key was given. Was told if more was found will be mailed to us.

oil and filter change

good service quick and no problems. got my appointment when I wanted it and was very quick to get it in and out. The refreshments in waiting room was very good.

Great group of people !

The service department is great !!! I called to get my SUV in on Monday morning and they got me a apt. That same day . Due to my work schedule it’s hard to take off before 4:30 . I just so happened to be off early that day 😊

Best dealer / staff across the board

My wife and I have purchased several vehicles from Phil Wright over the years. Sales and service departments go above and beyond to take good care of us. Top notch customer service all the way around. Brian Stubs and Adam Stoffle are excellent to work with. Great communication and they will do anything they can to keep the customer satisfied. These guys keep us coming back and are highly recommended to anyone in the market for a new vehicle.

Very helpful and friendly. Several cars and trucks to chose from. Had it clean and full of gas. Worked with my trade in to get the deal sealed. Not pushy. In and out within 2 hours. Thanks

Excellent service

I was more than pleasantly surprised by how quickly and efficiently they fixed my car. Very personal interest, kept me updated, no surprise costs. This is the way repairs at a dealership SHOULD be, but rarely are. I was impressed.

Excellent salesman and dealership

Friendly and went out of their way to make us feel we were important. Cameron Harris is a wonderful friendly and intelligent young man. He went out of his way to bring vehicles to us and work with us on financing and trade. We're very impressed.

Good service as usual.

Good service with no surprises. Everyone friendly from the garage to the front office. Enjoyed visiting while my truck was being serviced. Like the looks of that new Denali in the showroom.
