Did not offer a shuttle service to me. Need to remove ashtrays at the door to a further location so people who don't enjoy the smoke can sit outside in the fresh air!!

The dealership was able to pinpoint my problem quickly and wound up replacing a part that I had just replaced a few months earlier myself. They even boxed the old part back up and put it in my car for me just in case I would be able to return it for a refund.

Phil Wright is the best dealership I have ever dealt...
Phil Wright is the best dealership I have ever dealt with. They are kind, courteous and generous in providing excellent vehicle service and providing me last minute service or guidance to help me maintain my GMC Sierra. I have physical limitations and the customer service employees go out of their way to help me in and out of the building, even placing my vehicle at the door when I leave so that I don’t have difficulty getting to my vehicle. I cannot praise these wonderful people enough.

I did not purchase a new vehicle. I love my 2012 GMC Sierra Truck. When I need to replace my truck I will most certainly purchase a new vehicle with Phil Wright.
