The service area(initial drive up is a little

The service area(initial drive up is a little disappointing, not easy to access. Very polite service consultant (Emma) but the service wait was located in a good spot to aid is sells but to ask clients to pay for snacks was a bit disappointing when they?re spend thousands of dollars for repairs ?????! Repair seems to be up the the Acura level(outstanding) but after spending $$$$, no car wash?????/tire dressing to make me feel as if I?m getting a new car which I should after spending $$$$! A car wash???????????!

The technician was very nice and professional.

The technician was very nice and professional. He kept me updated on my vehicle servicing. Never experienced the nice, professional technician service at any other dealership service centers like I did at Bob Howard Acura. I'm quite pleased.
