Was a terrible experience.

Was a terrible experience. As they are the only dealer in okc I had to go to them to look at my transmission which was slipping and an oil change. I dropped my car off to have it looked at and never heard back. Once I called and got someone they said it needed a software update and a transmission fluid replacement (car only had 37k miles) and an alignment. Said they didn?t know why no one had called or sent a text. I checked around and found a much better price on the fluid replacement (still never said why it needed a replacement) and I called them back a little before 5 (service is open until 7pm) Told them to do the software upgrade because only a dealer could and I would have someone else do the fluid. They told Me it would be ready by 8:30 the next day. Went to get the car the next day at 10 and called to let them know I was coming. They said they didn?t know and that I had reached the call center and they didn?t get the message and it?s a problem that happens so sorry about that. Said they could do the transmission replacement for an even higher price than they originally quoted me for the inconvenience. When I said tell me how doing a service I already said was too high for a higher price than originally quoted was a good deal and they said they had quoted me the wrong price earlier and sorry again. Unbelievable. When I was paying I asked for the manager and the lady I spoke to listened and apologized for everything and gave me the $30 oil change for free but still an unbelievably bad experience the whole way through in this day and age.

My salesman was top notch.

My salesman was top notch. He wanted to talk about the car, not himself like the lexus salesman did. The lexus dealership was very pretentious. Sal Martinez was my salesman at Acura. He was very responsive to my questions even after the sale. Everyone at Acura made my purchase easy . I love my Acura!

I was in for a manufacturer’s fuel pump recall

I was in for a manufacturer’s fuel pump recall replacement Friendly customer service with Brandon. Was told what to expect timewise, but it turned out less time than anticipated, which was a plus. I bought my RDX from an individual in 2023, but I never checked out all the bells and whistles. I asked if there was an online tutorial I could view. The gentleman zi spoke with went to get one of the salespersons. The young woman pulled up a 2019 model like mine. We sat inside and she patiently took me through most all of the accessories. I have no complaints at all and was very satisfied.

I ended up stranded outside of OKC and had my car towed

I ended up stranded outside of OKC and had my car towed to the dealership! I?ve never had someone go above and beyond as much as Jonie and Larry in the service department did, to assure I got back in the road safe and sound and in a very timely manner!

Their services pricing online is misleading & I was

Their services pricing online is misleading & I was charged significantly more than expected. After I said I did not appreciate the way it was handled, they discounted the filters $2 each & acted like they had gone way above & beyond to do that. As though $4 was going to make it ok that it was $50 more than expected. I will be pricing other options for service in the future.
