It was a great pleasure to buy Toyota corolla

It was really a good time in Jim norton Toyota. Angela Hobbs was really good with us. she helped us alot. Overall jim norton toyota has alot of service that really satisfies the customer.

Fabulous

Very respectful and knowledgeable, I did not feel pressured in any way. This was the first time I have purchased a Toyota. My family was a "Ford" family. I can tell you that I have definitely have changed to being a Toyota fan.

Courteuos Profesional Employees

Believe we got a good deal on our trucks(My daughter bought a used and I a new Tundra). Just about all the employees I have ever interacted with (3rd time buying vehicles from them over past 8 years) that work for Jim Norton Toyota seem professional, knowledgeable and very courteous. The "Walk around" questions answers below did not really exactly apply to my buying situation. I knew what I was looking for and agreed to purchase over the phone. I live out of state. I have done enough business with Jim Norton Toyota that I felt comfortable not actually seeing the vehicle 1st. Did a walk around before talking to finance individual

Jim Norton Toyota is the Best!

This is my third Camry from Jim Norton Toyota and I can truthfully say I've experienced the best service and hospitality of any dealership I've dealt with. when I get my car serviced it's really awesome to just be able to drive up in the bay and have them take your car from there . The personnel, atmosphere is great and they have free coffee, tea and cookies! Great job Jim Norton !

Great customer service

The staff is very well organized and I was greeted immediately. Also I appreciate the way staff members escort you to the next phase / desk of service and call attention to the employee responsible for helping you. It is rare to find a business that takes the time to introduce you to each staff member no matter what car you drive on the lot!!

Friendly and Efficient Service

My wife and I were looking for a car for me to use over the next couple years for a job. The sales representative we worked with, Angela Hobbs, not only helped us select a vehicle and leasing option that suited us, but also ensured we were made aware of special discounts we qualified for. As we're trying to save up for education, saving money was definitely a big deal for us. Beyond that, Angela herself was very personable, and seemed to take a genuine interest in our lives and motivations. She certainly made the process feel fast and pleasant.
