Most exceptional experience ever at a dealership!

This dealership has the whole package! They provide a nice atmosphere and have excellent service in sales and financing. The employees are very knowledgeable and professional and truly care about helping their customers. They make sure you are completely comfortable while you are there and satisfied with everything before you leave. I had the pleasure to be helped by Andrew Tanner In sales and Brian Smith in finance. These two men are simply the best! I would recommend this dealership to anyone and hope they are lucky enough to work with Andrew and Brian.

Very pleasant experience

Great Experience! We found just the car we wanted at a fair

Excellent experience buying our daughter her first car!! Didn't feel pressured and he patiently showed us many models until we found just what we wanted!

Great place to buy a car!

We stopped around closing time. Everyone was very friendly and helpful and even stayed late so we would not have to make a second trip to finish the paperwork. I got to drive my new car home and the process was quick and painless. Very professional!

Absolutely stress free!

Jim Norton Toyota was the first place I had stopped after making a very long list of dealerships and tons of research. I was very anxious about buying from a dealership. Tyler immediately seen us and welcomed us to Jim Norton Toyota. He is very thoughtful and observant. He was patient with me and showed me tons of cars I had in mind. We went for a test drive and he helped me feel very comfortable and let me have fun with the car. He still stays in touch and checks up on my husband and I both. I would definitely recommend Tyler to anyone looking to by a vehicle. I plan on coming straight to him for any other purchases in the future! Thank you so much Tyler!

Great Experience

My husband and I came in this morning looking to buy a car for myself. We were assisted by Mitch McCurdy and he was extremely helpful. He helped to find us a good fit and got us a good deal. We then were helped by Kord Padilla over in financing. He as well was extremely helpful. He got us at a price that we were comfortable with as well as great options for the vehicle. Both guys were very professional and explained things thoroughly as well as making sure we understood each step along our purchase. I definitely recommend Jim Norton, Mitch, and Kord!!

Another pleasant buying experience.

Tyler was professional all the way and went the extra mile for us.. That said, the business office needs to take no for an answer when trying to sell the extra coverage.

Fantastic service and sales rep!

Our sales rep, Grant Geer, was amazing! He let us "shop" at our own pace even though we came in pretty much knowing what we wanted. He came in on his day off to help us get our family in to a vehicle we needed and wanted. I will definitely be referring him to any friends and/or family looking for a great vehicle.
