Todd Williams worked me a great deal on a 2019 RX-350 with Navigation, Mark Levinson and Panoramic sun roof. He was always patient and stayed in touch with me on a regular basis. Great experience and service!
I purchased my Lexus last week from Lexus of Tulsa. My sales consultant Randall Horton was very courteous and committed to ensuring a good experience. I had my two kids with me, and he was understanding of their needs. We were allowed to test drive alone (I get nervous) and encouraged to use the lounge to relax with snacks while the team handled business. He answered all of my questions and was very personable, which I always appreciate. He was not available when I picked up, but made a plan A and B for another consultant to handle it. He also followed up to make sure that pick up was successful and answer any questions that I had. Also, Joel was my finance guy and was great with thoroughly explaining my loan, and not pushy with offering extended warranties and such. I appreciate the care and courteous measures that were put into my experience pleasant. I highly recommend!

Oil Change RIP - OFF
I took my RX 350 in for a regular oil change after waiting over 2 and ½ hours they come and tell me that there is a problem that the threads have come out when they try and put the drain plug back in. They tell me this happens quite frequently, so they are going to put in a oversize bolt (Which is going to cost me $115.00 and I said You Got to be Kidding). Almost a hour later the tell me there going to put me in a loner, and they send me on my way. So the next day they call me late in the afternoon and tell me that the oversized bolt didn’t work and that they would have to put in a NEW Oil Pan $ 883.00 I said you’re crazy I come in for a simple oil change and tire rotation. I said that I would have to make some phone calls. Lexus of Tulsa called me a little while later and said that they would eat the labor if I would pay for the part. Which was $318.18 once again I told them that this was a terrible thing to do to customers. So I didn’t have much choice I couldn’t take it anywhere else couldn’t drive it so I told them to go ahead and fix it I had no choice. Once again it was late in the afternoon they didn’t get finished they called me the next morning at 8:36 and said it was ready. What a rip off this oil change cost $300.18 I have contacted the regional office and nothing there they called back but offered no help. this should have been taken care of by Lexus.

I very recently discovered that Lexus of Tulsa is perhaps the finest automotive dealership in all of the Midwest. I doubt you could ever find a better dealer to do business with. This dealership is staffed by real gentlemen that are honest and trustworthy. They hide the truth! Stay away!
The salesman will tell you anything in order to get you in the door. They. L.I.E. My guy told me that he treats his customers like his kids. Told me the 2013 I was interested in, was in pristine condition. I told him not to waste my time because I live in OKC. I confirmed with him as I drove out that the car was in excellent shape and he assured me it was. My girlfriend and I drove out and wasted our entire day. There were numerous blemishes, scratches, worn leather, etc. that he did not mention at all! He never even apologized. Stay away from these guys.

Felt Like Family
We were in the market for a used Lexus, and our "want" list was very specific. Nothing was available in our local market that met our criteria, so we were using Cars.com to search Lexus dealers nation wide figuring it wouldn't be difficult to fly somewhere and drive a car back home. We had inquired about a number of cars in several different locations, and each time came up empty. Then we came across a Certified 2012 ES 350 at Lexus of Tulsa Oklahoma. Kent Proctor at Lexus of Tulsa is the man. From the very first phone, call he made us Feel like Family. He was very patient, and never once was pushy. He answered all our questions, and sent over additional photos of specific items on the car. He responded to everything thoroughly and quickly, and when he needed to get back to us on something, we didn't have to wait very long. He took the time to personally pick me up from the Airport, instead of sending a driver. We felt like VIP's during the whole buying process at Lexus of Tulsa. From Kent with the car, Dan Huber in the Finance Office, to Corey Haas the Sales Manager, everything was thoroughly explained and prepared in advance.
