I worked with Hollywood and Hoss on purchasing my 2014 Chevy Silverado 1500. They were willing to work with us and made it happen. It was a very pleasant buying experience and I did not feel like they I was being screwed over.

My wife and I went to test drive a vehicle we saw in the used car section of the Jupiter Chevrolet web site. I called to see if the vehicle was still available and spoke with Kyle A, a young energetic new salesperson. We met Kyle and the three of us hopped in the vehicle and took it for a test drive. We went back to the dealership and talked to his manager John and drove off a little later in our 2015 Toyota 4Runner Limited. We are very satisfied with the way the process went. The whole crew was very pleasant to work with. I have been looking at 4runners for several weeks and never could seem to find the right group to work with us until we came to Jupiter. From Kyle, his Mgr. John to Bobby Lee in Finance. It was a very comfortable non pressure process . Thanks for the smooth transition to our new vehicle purchase.

We Call bout our Truck from NJ its a 2007 white Silverado That was droped off as i was on hold and passed through several departments I got to talk to the assistant manager he told me we had no option but to pay for car rental fees ,Gas fees, detailing Fee,pick up rental car fee, i did not drive the car we were told if we didn't pay all this they would do something to our title like to get this resolved

His services was phenomenal, he treat me and my husband with such respect. We didnt think that the vehicle would be great fit for us but Albert really took the time to show us all the features and capabilities of the suv.
