I found what I wanted, except for color. Two other dealerships didn?t have the color I wanted either. Customer service was very good and helpful. The young lady was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions.

Jupiter Chevrolet changed my oil last week and, as always, provided excellent service. The staff is kind, courteous, and ensures I’m comfortable while waiting. Mr. Ashcroft even offers complimentary drinks from the vending machine. I won’t trust my car with anyone else!

I went in for an oil change and emissions test. They didn't top off my fluids, which I thought was standard for all oil changes. I decided to have them replace my windshield wipers, thinking it'd be a small expense, but they charged me a $65 service fee for the 5 minute task. They didn't disclose the service fee, but shame on me for not clarifying ALL expenses before having them work on my vehicle. In total, an oil change, front end alignment, and windshield wipers cost an absurd $331... $193 in labor for the 90 minutes that I was there.

almost 3 months without my silverado because it’s been at the service department how is that equal or possible over a differential problem don’t even feel like i own the truck anymore disappointed in this dealerships service

Amazing people starting with Jaime the seller of my car can always reach out and he always helps out and JASON ASHCROFT who repaired a electrical issue are the best everyone there is actually very friendly and kind issue was repaired in one day that was great but from start to finish communication was amazing very kind the lady that took paperwork dont recall her name but she was great as well and Manager stepping in with the insurance confirmation part just made it work faster greatly recommend this dealership they have amazing people.

I want to give 10 stars! Jupiter Chevrolet is my favorite Chevrolet Dealership. I have visited various Chevy dealerships around DFW and I never get the same welcoming and helpful experience that I get from Jupiter Chevrolet. Everyone I interact with whether in person or over the phone is always courteous and informative. Every single time I go I have a great experience with great conversation and friendliness no matterhow long it has been since my last visit. If I could un-purchase recent car and repurchase it from Jupiter Chevrolet I would. I truly love your team. Special thank you to Harold who I met for the first time for my recent oil change. I left the dealership feeling empowered with knowledge about my vehicles maintenance needs; information the other Chevy dealer seller never even mentioned. Harold was welcoming, respectful and honest. I felt like he truly cared about me and my car. I also want to thank Santos for all of the information and help with my current car and previous car. He went out of his way to provide information I needed without hesitation and I didn't even realize he was going to do it the same day! A special thank you goes to Bobby as well. It always feels good to catch up with him whenever I go. All around great, friendly and trustworthy guy. Hope things work out well regarding your truck. Phone receptionists, thank you all as well. If I could give your used car department a zero I would, they way you treat you customers is deplorable and you should be ashamed. My friend bought a vehicle there and not understanding all the ins and outs of finance she attempted to return the vehicle once she realized what had happened. Instead of working with her you rudely told her to get off your property.

In and out in 1 hour on a Saturday, for an oil chage and inspection, and on short notice. Good job Jupiter.
