I went looking for a truck that I saw online. When I showed up I was greeted by Niamiah (Blue). It was me and 2 of.my kids and he was friendly and energetic. He spoke to me and my kids with respect and was fun and informative. He did not just assume I didn't know anything because I'm a woman. He didn't try to over sale and he was honest and very likeable. We did not immediately purchase the truck. We went to look at other trucks and compare prices. Even after we left me and the kids still wanted to that truck but not just for the vehicle itself but because we wanted to purchase from Niamiah! Yes he was that awesome. After looking around we did in fact go back to Jupiter Chevrolet in Garland and purchased a beautiful Ford truck from Niamiah! Thank you for being you and selling us a great truck!

Wow,I'm not the usual walk in and buy car buyer. I have been researching trucks and saw there were plenty to choose from and plenty of trucks, I reviewed Chevrolet, Ford, Toyota, Nisan and Honda. On this visit I was checking out Chevy, not planning to buy at that time but Jupiter brings back respect for the buyer, I didn't feel "snoozed" I felt listened to and we came to terms that I felt were mutual not one sided. This dealer had high level management lecturing its employees about really caring about customers, to be grateful for the business and show respect Oliver and the business team worked hard to make things right for me Thanks Jupiter for renewing my faith in car buying

This is one of the BEST buying experiences I have had! The dealership was clean and tidy and the Customer Service was excellent! This is my first time buying from this dealership and I am definitely going back. I would highly recommend to family and friends as well. The sales team was great to work with and took the time to show me the (in's and out's) of my vehicle and made sure I was satisfied before I left the dealership. They advised that if I had any questions to give them a call or come back up to the dealership and they would go over anything I needed. You can't ask for better Customer Service. The vehicle I bought has a 500 mile break in period so I called the dealership to schedule a service appointment. I left a message and received a phone call back within 10 minutes. The service adviser was courteous and made sure that I was and will be taken care of! I look forward to a good future with this dealership!
