Bad Experience
Spent all day trying to get a price on a vehicle and ended up with a price that was $3,000 ABOVE advertised price BEFORE tt&l. Car inquired about has been listed for over 300 days, now I know why...

Tricky
Never bought a used car before. Picked out a certified pre-owned. Beautiful car. Jeff B. was sales associate. No haggle price. Got price reduced a little but a "dealership prep fee" was added to put me back at internet price. Nice enough to offer 50$ towards my shipping costs but never saw a dollar of it. Got my car about 2 weeks ago and it is currently at a local dealership getting things checked out. My battery died, light came on to service trailer braking system, and I am hearing a metallic rubbing sound when I accelerate. Was hoping after spending a lot of $ things would be perfect. Probably stay local next time.

Just don’t go there!! biggest scammers ever!
Don’t ever trust this dealership!!! Lied to get me to drive 1 1/2 hour to have them tell me the truth (but not at first) about what I asked them from the very beginning. About an hour run around to the big lie reveal that the ad was a complete bait job! Worst sales team ever! Lied about the amount they would give for trade if I would come! Complete bait job!!! Walked out mad as I’ve ever been in my life!

Bait & Switch
Inquired about a Tahoe listed on Cars.com. Isaac responded with vagueness about the vehicle and wouldn’t confirm the price, but wanted me to come in and test drive. After several inquiries, he finally told me that Cars.com listed an incorrect price that would not be honored. Wasted my time and effort. Took my business elsewhere.

Our job is to sell as many cars as we can "quickly" and serve customers and the community as best as we can with honesty, integrity and commitment. In today's system, 100% of the pricing is online and accurate as long as certain rebates are applicable to that individual and rebates aren't doubled up by GM and we honor those daily which is why were in business. It bothers us that we missed the opportunity to serve you properly as a customer and apologize for the lack of communication. AVOID THIS PLACE
From the beginning you are treated well, but they ignore your calls after purchase. Nehemiah Ulibarri damaged and lost the key to my fuel door when he took it back to fill up the tank, we did not know until after signing since he did not have it ready. It was past 9 after signing so he assured me that it would be replaced the following week (he would call me with an appointment) and the supervisor agreed to it. He and his supervisor (last name Vince) ignored ALL my calls. Pitiful! Avoid this place! There are plenty other dealers.

Never buying from here
Would never step into this dealership if it was the last one on earth. Sale person did and want to negotiate with me and then lied about another dealership truck saying it was a loner truck and that’s why it was cheaper but I ask him how that could be so when the truck only had 14 miles on it, he didn’t know what to say and hang up on me.

Joe, Our Sales team is not allowed to negotiate prices over the phone as that is the job of our Management Team. That is a very common practice within our industry because most salespeople don't know the cost of the vehicles, the bottom line selling prices or what we're willing to lose to sell a car. Without that knowledge or ability we have them avoid that situation completely. That being said, We apologize we didn't get the chance to earn your business and the lack of communication between the salesman and you could've easily been addressed with Manager involvement and for that, we apologize.
