Worst experience! Don't go to this dealer!

They held all my documents and had so many excuses to refuse giving them to me, until I receive the first financial billing and know that the total amount is a lot more than the agreed price!!!!!! And they told me that the document with our original agreed price on it was trashed!!!!!! And since the financing had been done, there is nothing can be changed now!!!!!! I was set up by them!!!!!! Till now, I still did not get any document I signed!!!!!! Don't go to this dealership!!!!! There are much better ones who are integrity to customers!!!!!!

worst experience.. ill-mannered staff..

first of all i never knew about david mcdavid,we were about to buy a car in austin and one of my friend called me and told me about mcdavid as he purchased many cars from them.. just because my friend referred us here we gave it a thought and one of the sales representative promised us he will beat that price what we are getting in austin then we thought we got the best deal.. Then we moved to dallas and called the sales representative many times but he neither picked our calls nor called us so day before yesterday we went there directly to meet him but receptionist said he is on leave and some other person came to help us and we are fine with him and even then they promised they may reduce 500 dollars on top of that.. we were so happy as we thought we got the best deal,the very next day when we went there the sales representative behaved like as if he dont know us and he said he never promised us anything.. do u people think we are fools,we lost the best deal in austin just by beliving ur words,and the person humiliated us so much by telling the quote which we got from austin looks like a quote from honda motorcycle but not from honda and he told us to drive back all the way to austin and buy car over there.. we felt so irritated that we just left the place.. let me tell you something for the person who is buying a car of $23000 extra $500 is not a big deal.. if you cant give us the price which we want then u can just tell us that, there is no need to insult us.. i dont know how u people run ur bussiness when u dont have any respect for customers.. i will never buy any car from honda.. thank god we didnt invest our money there..

No human values, I wont recommend any one because

I bought my honda civic without informing to me they did more than 10 hard credit checks very cheap business tactics. They also tortured my friend and his wife during purchase process in-front of every one with sarcastic words.

Service Tech Philip Van Tuyl

I have a Honda CR V 2011. The TPMS unit went bad at 70000 miles. It is out of Warranty.. I was given estimate of $ 550.00 I requested to look at the maintenance record of all Honda and REV-4 etc. It is very strange the TPMS goes bed in just 70K miles. Other vehicle TPMS last for ever. Why should I be paying for bad parts? The service Tech Phillip Van took special effort in discussing this quality problem with the higher managers. The outcome was that I was charged only $ 231.00 for labor and part was at no cost. This is some nice experience. And the Technician Philip Van Tuyl is a wonderful person. He is my special Tech. I do get repairs- only if Philip is on duty.

Darrell Jones - BEST SERVICE ADVISOR!!!

Darrell Jones - BEST SERVICE ADVISOR!!! (The only & main reason I still get my Honda serviced there. He is the Best at his job & I love his customer service. I am looking to buy another Honda soon there) Darrell Jones from David McDavid Honda in Irving has ALWAYS helped me. He is the BEST at what he does & I will continue to service my vehicle & buy another vehicle from there but ONLY if Darrell Jones is employed there. He is a Diamond in the Rough per say & great person. He always is so helpful. Darrell goes over and beyond to help me with my Honda. It would like to personally speak with the Manager in the service department I really need to express myself to him about his facility & employee. Darrell Jones you are the BEST!!! Thank you so much!

Scheduled Maintenance on 2006 Honda Accord

The power was out Friday September 11. That was beyond the control of maintenance and was fixed by 930 a.m. Everything was ready by 11 a.m. and the shuttle dropped me off and picked me up again from home. My car runs much better now and overall the service was good. However there was no paper put down and consequently there was grease on some of the carpet and floor mats when the car was returned. The car was not washed this time either.

Great service

This dealership and service team and the facility are awesome. They are very friendly and go out of their way to take care of their customer.s. My prior service advisor Josh Fraizer and my current advisor Rey are wonderful. They are wonderful team and I recommend this dealership to anyone shopping for or serving their vehicle. Great team.
