I was there to get a periodic oil change and service. They had all my past repairs on record as I had always taken my 2007 Honda Fit there where I had bought it new. The person who greeted me, "Ebby" was very courteous and efficient. After the service people examined my car, he explained everything in detail, answered all my questions and estimated the time it would take. They finished even earlier than he estimated, and as far as I can tell, my car is in good shape. They take good care of me. As for the facilities, I was used to their waiting area, which was really nice to begin with, but the whole facility is being remodeled and so the temporary place was not as nice as I was used to, but I look forward to seeing the new Express Service next time.

Great service! Randy O'Connell, was awesome!
