Very Impressed!

Best price, great customer buying experience

We shopped 3 dealers in the area. David McDavid beat the nearest quote by a substantial amount and when we arrived at the dealer, the deal didn't change. No pressure to add anything. The showroom isn't the fanciest and it's not as easy to get to as some dealers, but it was worth the effort and the personal service received was very, very good.

Nice people to work with.

Leased a new Accord after considering a CRV. VERY PLEASED WITH THE DEAL. This is the first time we have leased a car will be interesting to see how we like leasing.

Outstanding car buying experience

After several car dealership visits to other places, we visited David McDavid Honda and had an outstanding experience. Mike Lee in sales and Austin Brooks in finance were absolutely the best team we have ever worked with. We got the car of our choice with honest exchanges and friendly service. I expect this dealership to be outstanding in all regards based upon their professionalism and service. We are in our 60's and have gone through many car deals but none as pleasant as this. A Wonderful Car Buying Experience

My wife and I were looking for a small second car. After checking into the various small cars available on the market, we decided the Honda Fit best meet our needs. We contacted American Express Car Buying Service and David McDavid of Irving Honda responded to our request. We scheduled an appointment and met Randy O'Connell who walked us through all the models and options available and we decided the Honda Fit EX was a better value and fit to our needs. With Randy's help, we were able to pick the car of our choice and drive home in it, in less than three hours. We are extremely happy with the car, and exceedingly pleased with the service provided by Randy and the rest of David McDavid of Irving staff.

EXCELLENT!

I went to have my oil change, I booked an appointment before and I immediately attended by Phillip Vantuyl the person I had assigned to do my service. He was very helpful explaining what my car (Honda Pilot 2013) needed to have done. I felt really at ease with his explanations and his service was very professional and made my experience very comfortable. I really appreciate him taking the time to explain to me each one of the services my car needed and why. He was very professional and with a customer service manners that very seldom you find. I will recommend anyone to have their car serviced by him, they will feel appreciated and confident that I got what I needed and not pushed to have things that my car doesn't need. Thank you Phillip!!
