David McDavid has wonderful customer service in all areas. My entire purchasing experience was friendly, efficient and more of a consultative approach. David McDavid team answered all of my questions throughout. Susan Najjar is awesome. Instead of purchasing the MKX, Susan helped me to place a custom order of the new Nautilus Black Label. Her continual updates on my custom ordered vehicle were appreciated, and I knew I had not been forgotten while waiting for my SUV to arrive.

We recently bought a new Lincoln MKC. The experience I had been so dreading ended up being easy and stress free, and this was due in very large part to our Sales Agent, Susan Najjar. She listened to what we wanted, and never tried to push us into something we didn't want. She was able to zero in on the perfect car for us. Susan had so much patience--we never felt rushed or pressured, and we went home that day with a new car. She is so personable and knowledgeable. She has answered all our questions. Great customer experience!

We were looking at a used minivin that we found online. We had to come from out of state, so Jeff Hall took my parents to look at it on a Saturday, and when they gave it a thumb's up, we made the drive in the next day. Jeff was outstanding and fair at every turn. No weird "used car salesman" nonsense. Every person we dealt with treated us fairly and everything was straight-forward. No under-handed dealings EVER, no pressure, and therefore, no buyer's remorse later. The price was the same over the phone as when we arrived -- no surprises. Even though it was a used car, they did everything to have it as nice as one of their new Lincolns. It was detailed and given a thorough inspection. I would definitely recommend them and if I ever buy from a dealer again (we always buy used), I would head there first.

By far the best car buying experience I have ever had. From inquiring about my vehicle online to Henry personally driving my new car hours away on a Sunday to my house.
