Overall the experience was fine but my service tech left without letting me know. I ended up having to find someone so I could find out how much longer it would be before my car was ready. Turns out it was completed. I had been waiting for 5 hours and I do not know how much of that time was unnecessary. It may have been minimal or may have been extensive. I did not feel like asking anyone - I just wanted to pay and get out of there.

I thought their was nothing else that could exceed our expectations with the Lincoln MKX. Until we needed service. What a great group of talented people in the service department at David McDavid Plano Lincoln. Thank you for all that you do and your commitment to excellence!

We visited the dealership on a Saturday afternoon, looking at a few vehicles that we were interested in, not really intending on buying anything at that moment. Tremaine Burris introduced himself, asked what we were looking for and really listened to what we had to say. After looking at a few different options, he found "the one." We took a test drive and he explained and demonstrated all of the features of the Lincoln MKX. We were impressed by the vehicle, of course, but also by Tremaine's knowledge and professionalism. We made our way back to the dealership and made our purchase. Everyone at the dealership was very courteous and treated us with respect. Our overall experience was wonderful.
