Great Service

David Wallace was so kind to come to Collin Creek Mall and jump my car and follow me back to the Dealership. It was 6:30 so service was closed. There is nothing worse than coming out to your car and its dead! So I can say a bad thing started off so much easier because he was so nice to come rescue me. He set me up with a car to drive home and Monday morning I called service to get the process started. My usual guy, Ed, was off and Richard did a great job getting me back in my car by the end of the day.

Exemplary Service Not a Fluke!

This was my second experience using the service department, and it was as pleasant as the first. I like the e-mail contact; it gives me all the facts in a manner that I can think about/digest/prioritize what needs to be done. Service Manager Richard A. responded to my requests for changes to the service order quickly and with a great sense of humor. I am pleased to discover that my good experience there the first time was not a fluke, but the norm!

Job well done.

Very helpful compared to another Ford dealership I have been working with in the past. Should have come here to have my car worked on. My mistake.

I have my second Navigator from McDavid and I use Steve Kulas, whom I have known from years ago and he is the best. I always get the wonderful service and could not be happier with everything.

GOOD SALESMAN!!!

The salesman that sold me my Burgundy, 2016 MKC, I feel was a good salesman, after an experience with one of the Ford dealership, disappointed, I was on my way home and he (Brian) called and asked me to come out to McDavid, that he could get me a car, I tried to play hardball, but so did he, I went out there and the experience working with him was a great one. Everything he promised, he did. Then when I talked to him the next day, he surprised me even more....he kept my car note close to what I wanted to pay. I am so glad that I came to McDavid Lincoln and Brian Pennala served me the customer. He made sure that I got my license plates and my sticker. When I came to pick them up everyone was so nice, they put my plates and my sticker on the car...and then I got my car washed. Good experience!!

First class!

Service was great. Time as promised. Price as quoted. Price was, however, a bit steep for the work done. Service advisor and mechanic first class!
