Fixed the problem.
Everyone was very helpful. My navigation was not cooperating nor showing the screen "she" talking about. The technicians were able to upload or correct the software so it functioned correctly. I am still very disappointed that my 3 year- old Garmin is more current than the navigation instructions in my 2016 MKC.

Good as new again.
I brought my 2004 Town Car in because the "Service Engine Soon" light stayed on. In checking the manual I found that it could be an emissions problem so I re-tightened the gas cap and it still stayed on. The service department checked it on the diagnostic computer and it turned out to be a catalytic converter (ouch). I was kept fully informed on the cost and time to replace it. Even though this sort of repair is expensive (true with all cars) the car continues to run well and in spite of costly repairs now and then it is more economical than car payments and depreciation.

HORRIBLE and SO SLOW
The GM( Will Palasota) here is great. He actually took the time out to call me in order to clear up a misunderstanding. I really admire him for doing that. However, I've come to find out that the Service at this location really does suck! I've been riding around with moldings that has hail damage since I purchased the car in May. Here it is November and I hadn't received a phone call to let me know if the part had arrived, so I drove up there all to find out that they'd been having the part for months and hadn't called me. HORRIBLE! I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE!!!
