2015 MKZ

Our service advisor, Ed Gusa, did a great job of getting the car taken care of quickly and without fuss. The mechanic did a fine job as well. Even the gentleman who washed the car was very conscientious and showed me where the cleaning rack damaged the David McDavid license plate holder. He took the time to get a screw to secure the license plate holder before he would let me take the car.

Always a good experience!

As always it was a pleasant experience! Ed met me at my car, took care of what needed to be done and it was ready when promised. It is so nice to have a waiting area that is clean, comfortable and stocked with goodies. Thanks for the great service experience.
