Excellent service and polite salesmen.

MKX Reserve. The service people were very informative. They were very polite and worked to get me what I wanted. The wait time for closing was short. They have followed up and done an excellent job answering my questions. It was a great experience.

Great service representative - Richard Ancheta.

Richard Ancheta is an excellent service representative. He is always ready for my appointment and processes my car quickly. I work in the business center which means I can go during business hours.

A great job as always

Went in for routine maintenance/oil change and everything was handled quickly and courteously. Ed is my service advisor and is someone I trust and count on for the best advice on keeping by MKZ hybrid in top condition.

16 years of service, My Mercury is over 200,000mi.

They keep me running. My 2000 Mercury is running strong after 205,000 miles and almost 16 years of service right here. I can not imagine letting anyone else touch my vehicle. Richard is always on top of things. He not only gets my vehicle in and taken care of, he looks ahead and gives me a heads up on what to watch for and take care of next. Eli (my mechanic) is always available if I ask to get a second opinion. I plan on keeping this car a bit longer, but it is a team like this that has me looking to buy my next vehicle at this dealership. Eli also answers my questions about new vehicles from his point of view.

Title to what??????

I depend on Richard Ancheta's expertise in caring for my car. As an 86 year old widow I need the help of an expert to keep everything in tip top condition. (He is the reason I bought my present car - my second Lincoln, a MKZ-h.) Richard value-shopped for me in the purchase of new tires. He also handled the re-call notice for the trunk lock. He had a "loaner" ready for me. All was handled smoothly with no inconvenience. I value my relationship with David McDavid and appreciate Richard Ancheta.
