Power steering recall.

i was told the power steering update would take 1 hour. the car was delivered in 1 hr as promised

Great Service!

I purchased a 2015 MKX on May 28th, and my salesman was Tremaine Burris, he was very professional and helpful, treated me with such courtesy and an awesome salesman. I took my car in for it's very service of oil change and tire rotation, etc...the staff was very polite, kind and very professional. Mr R. Robertson was very helpful, kind, and nice. The atmosphere for the customer waiting area was well stock with refreshments. All I can say is the customer service is above par! I am truly thankful I am a Lincoln customer and probably will be for now on. Thank you David McDavid Lincoln!!!

2015 Lincoln MKC Lease

In July 2015, I leased a 2015 Lincoln MKC. While this was my first leased car, it was the fourth SUV I've purchased from David McDavid Plano Lincoln and it was the third SUV I purchased from my salesperson, Susan Najjar. Susan is the best sales person I've ever worked with. She listens to my needs, never uses hard sales techniques, and she keeps in touch with me. She really cares about making me happy and getting the best deal for me. I cannot say enough good things about Susan, but in summary I will say that she has my complete trust and faith. The financing process went very smoothly. James was the finance representative that processed my paperwork. He was knowledgeable, efficient and courteous. He made the experience positive and there were no issues. Mac McDaniel, in the Service Department, who is like a second dad to me, educated me on the maintenance schedule for the MKC. Mac has been my "go to" service rep for the last 15 years! He makes sure my vehicle is in good working condition and lets me know what to expect on the next maintenance visit. I trust Mac completely. I'm really enjoying the MKC. I don't drive much but I expect to have a reliable, comfortable, fun-to-drive vehicle. I have 2 large dogs that occasionally need to be transported, and I have an elderly relative that uses a walker or wheelchair. I need to be able to get the medical assistance equipment into and out of the SUV easily and the equipment fits nicely in the back of the MKC. I live in Texas and the temperatures get very hot; the air conditioner in the MKC is fantastic! It cools off the vehicle quickly. The ride is quiet and the sound system is wonderful. I've had the MKC for about a week and so far, I'm exceptionally pleased. I have been purchasing vehicles exclusively from David McDavid Plano Lincoln since 2001. I highly recommend the products they offer and the people are first rate.

Service call on MKX

Richard is a great service advisor. Everything got done as promised and I got back a clean car. The customer lounge is comfortable and well stocked with snacks and drinks. Will certainly do business here in the future.
