blower motor fixed

ac blower motor now running at full speed ! much cooler in the car Leo did an excellent job driving me home and picking me up at home. Please metion to James the technician: the blower motor controller has a transistor and a relay. When the relay stops working, the high speed mode stops working. The transistor is just for the lower speeds.

Amazing service and teamwork

I am extremely pleased with the service. I travel 33 miles one way to get service at the Plano Lincoln dealership. Best service experience ever, bar none, in my 42 years of vehicle ownership.

Great service.

Although the software update apparently didn't work over WiFi it did when connected. The dead battery issue was finally resolved. Keeping the 2015 MKC a few days to verify the new battery held a charge was a great idea. Thanks.

Outstanding experience in leasing a 2014 Lincoln

I have written a glowing survey response to Lincoln already. I praised the dealership, the courteous staff, the professionalism and above all, the outstanding care Ed Nogar took of my husband and myself. Because my husband has rather severe health problems and I am a sole care giver, Ed took great care to have everything ready for us so we spent the least amount of time possible in our transaction. I'm grateful to him for his extreme courtesy, but not surprised, because we leased our last Lincoln from him and want to deal with no one else. When we drove away in our new Lincoln, I forgot our garage door opener and a return trip would have been very difficult. He knew that and brought us our opener within 30 minutes, although we were 25 miles away. He is outstanding and so is the dealership he represents. Jeannie Taylor

Best Service Department!

I love knowing that if I have a problem with my car, I can call Richard Ancheta directly and just bring the car in. He is always very prompt and explains things well. I love the new waiting room with Wifi and the courtesy cars now on-site instead of the Hertz rental cars. Great move! Keep up the good work. Makes me always prefer to bring my MKX to the dealership instead of those corner service places... Thanks!

Leasing at David McDavid Lincoln

We have leased about 10 cars (or more) from David McDavid over the years. We continually return because they are so easy to deal with. Our salesman is very accommodating and assures we get the exact car and equipment we want. We have used David Wallace for all of our purchases (leases). He makes sure the process is easy and the transaction is completed in minimal time. We lease because it forces us to get a new car about every three years.

Tremendous customer service at Lincoln Plano

We purchased a Lincoln MKZ in October 2013 there at Plano Lincoln. Richard, our service person, is always extremely helpful and always polite and considerate. I would always recommend him to anyone else seeking service at Plano Lincoln. Also, Ray, in the sales department there is amazing as well as Richard. Fantastic service to their customers.
