I found the staff to be attenative, friendly and very helpful. I was notified of what repairs were needed, updated as repairs were done and my questions about the repairs were answered. I will return for all service needed for this vehicle.

unpleasant experience
I brought my car in on Tuesday May 12 At approximately 11:30 AM As my usual service manager was out to lunch an other service manager waited on me..I brought the car in for an oil change and tire rotation. I asked him how long it will take and he said an hour and a half which seemed rather long but I went along with it...after an hour and a half I still had not heard if the car was ready and I went looking for the person who took my car not only was he nowhere to be found but all the other sm's with the exception of Steve Kulas, who is the person I usually deal with, were nowhere to be found either...I asked Steve to check on my car and he found the keys and paperwork sitting on a desk waiting for the first sm to pick it up If I hadn't asked Steve about it I could have been left waiting until the guy came back. his name is Ed Gusa. I have been dealing with your store for going on 16 years And the service has always been impeccable. I have leased five cars from you over this period and will continue to deal with you. I hope this was a one time occurance but I felt it should be brought to your attention

Everyone was prompt with checking on my car. they gave me updates and asked questions about my experience with the problems. When repairs were taking longer than expected, Ed volunteered a car to use. Excellent Customer support.

Awesome experience
Awesome experience working with Jonathan "Woody" Woodard in buying our 2d new Lincoln MKT. Purchased our 2012 MKT elsewhere and the new one from David McDavid Lincoln and Woody. By the way we live in Waco, TX and have a Lincoln dealership here but we were willing to travel for the right deal. Our first MKT was stripped and we wanted all the bells and whistles. Woody found it for us and got us a better price on the package deal than all the other dealers within 120 miles. Yep, that's how far we went to get it. Woody made the experience great from first contact to the friendly personal contact and follow up after the sale. This was the best new car buying experience my wife has ever had.

Quick repair
My 2007 MKX battery failed. Just had a new one March, 2014. Steve Kulas was most efficient checking my history and getting me in to have it replaced. All done in one day including having it towed to Plano shop. Your work covered under warranty. Thx Steve

Lovely car; excellent experience.
My lovely Town Car was ruined by water, so I looked at the potential replacement and decided it was another Lincoln and the best place to go was David McDavid/Plano. This was the correct choice. The salesperson listened to what I wanted and didn't want. He was very knowledgeable. courteous,friendly and provided the car I purchased on the first try. I compromised on the black interior, but got everything else I wanted. The length of service of key personnel said lots about management. The facility is lovely. I spent about four hours there and drove the MKS home. That I have never done is not my character. I guess you could say I had a very good experience.
