2012 Lincoln MKS
This was the 30k service on a CPO 2012 MKS that I purchased at another dealership at 25k miles. The Service Technician, Richard Ancheta, was extremely helpful and efficient in getting it thoroughly "caught up" on it's service and also getting a couple of warranty service items resolved. Everything was taken care of thoroughly. It's future service will most definitely be done at David McDavid, and hopefully through Mr. Ancheta.

purchase new car
We visited this dealership because we have had our last two vehicles purchased and maintained there. The service we receive from Steve Kulas has been excellent and this was a major factor in our choice of dealership when considering a new purchase. We purchased a 2015 MKX and were more than satisfied with the manner in which this was handled by Brian Pennala who was both professional and friendly throughout the process.(Thank you Brian for your help) We were however a little disappointed with "the high pressure sales presentation" during the financial closing.

Transmission service on my Navigator
The service advisor was very courteous. He did a great job communicating with me when the tech found a problem and discussed my options with me. The waiting area is exactly what you would expect from a Lincoln dealership. Nice place to sit and wait. A business area to use a computer. Drinks, snacks and clean bathrooms. I will continue to return there to get work done on my Navigator.
