Richard, service advisor is so helpful - I trust him to take care of my car - period. Vasquez, the lot man, is the friendliest and most helpful individual around - he makes it such a pleasure to go to the dealership. Truly an outstanding experience to take the car in for service at this dealership.

Awesome Experience
My experience was great. Made an offer via Instant Chat on your website. Susan Najjar presented the offer to her manager. The offer was accepted and we went to the dealership that evening to sign the paperwork. There was snow and ice everywhere. Susan Najjar moved the vehicle to the service drive so that we can inspect the vehicle. We had our own financing. The dealership offered their financing and were not pushy when we declined.

Really nice services department
Had a problem with 3 ignition coils, 3 spark plugs and the computer (CPM). My service manager, Ed Gusa, discovered a warranty (8/80) which covers the expense. He recommended that I replace the other 3 ignition coils and spark plugs which I readily agreed to do since they were the originals and the MKX is a 2007 model. He also had the vehicle check out overall and we replaced the rear brakes and the rear wiper at the same time. I was very happy to have those services performed.

Service work performed on my Navigator
I took my Navigator in for a regular service, oil change, tire rotation, etc. and my vehicle was taken straight back, serviced, washed and returned in a little over an hour. Real good service.

Service with a Smile
In addition to needing scheduled service, I was having issues with my navigation system. The services was performed and all issues resolved in a timely manner. My service rep, Ed Guza, was wonderful and he makes a great cup of coffee!!
