MKZ lease

I purchased a 2015 MKZ. The salesman paid very good attention to what I wanted and respected my financial constraints and was able to get a deal done. This is my second lease from David McDavid and I expect my next lease will be with David McDavid also.

Great Service you can TRUST!

I bring my car to your dealership for 2 reasons: Lincoln Certified and Customer Service. It's important to me to know that the people working on my car know my car, how it works, and Lincoln parts. Coming to an authorized Lincoln dealer gives me that assurance. The other reason (and maybe even the biggest) is the level of Customer Service I receive when I bring my car in. I've had quite a bit of maintenance done on my 7 year old car over the last 6 months and I have had nothing but a positive experience dealing with one of your Asst. Sales Managers, Troy Adkinson. He explains everything very clearly to me, walks me through the diagnosis and service plan and helps me prioritize service in accordance with my budget and most immediate need. I never feel pushed or forced to have work done and trust that he gives me honest advice. I don't feel like he's trying to get me to spend my money on a bill of services, rather encourage me to do the things I need to have done and explain the benefits of the others and let me make the decision. I've not ever had a "car service guy" that I trusted, until Troy. I will continue to bring my car to David McDavid because I can trust that Troy will be honest and fair and know that the service will be done right and worth the money.

State Inspection

We brought our Town Car in for the annual State Inspection. Richard was most helpful providing us with information for the new procedure that Texas has implemented for the inspection and registration of our vehicle. Super job!!!
