Lincoln MKS Service

The vehicle is a Lincoln MKS. The service and repairs were performed in a timely and excellent manner. Richard, Service Advisor was knowledgeable, considerate, and helpful. This is the best place in the DFW area I have found so far to have your car serviced and repaired.

Great service

Great experience. Service done on time and Richard advised me on future service without pressuring me to have it done NOW! I did not have a positive experience in the past which is why I had not been to McDavid for over a year for service. I'm glad I gave your service department a second chance.

Recent Service Visit (1/26/15)

Service department is superb. Have an excellent service advisor and technician. Hate the way the dealership sales department has changed. Probably will never buy another car from McDavid but if we ever own another Ford product would want it serviced there. I believe the service department could be better supported by a more comprehensive, effective tire management program. Certainly not service advisor or technicians fault if inadequate amounts of the proper tires are not maintained each and every day. Having the wrong tires in stock (erroneous speed ratings) for a Lincoln MKZ seems rather unproductive.
