I have purchased 2 cars from David McDavid Lincoln. The second car I bought here was because of the outstanding service I receive from Ed Gusa, my Service Advisor. The sales folks sold me the first Lincoln, the Service department sold me on the second Lincoln.

A Great Buying Experience

I have bought many cars in my lifetime and never had a buying experience as pleasant as this one. We went to David McDavid to look, with no intention of buying a car because we thought Lincolns would be out of our price range. We told our sales person, Susan Najjar that we were just looking and would probably not be buying a Lincoln. Susan took the time to listen to what we were looking for and showed us a Lincoln MKC that was comparable to other cross overs we had been looking at. She was not pushy, but showed us the features this car offered and after driving it we saw a big difference in the Lincoln and some non luxury brands. Susan never criticized other cars, she only told us what her car had in it. She was able to put some numbers together that were comparable to other cars we had looked at and the finance department was also a pleasure. We love our MKC and recommend it, David McDavid and Susan Najjar to anyone who is the market for a new car.

Purchased car

I would never recommend this dealership to anyone. The communication was horrible the finance people were horrible and messed everything up. The manager dealing with seemed to be annoyed by me asking for them to do their jobs
