poor customer service

Call about the car if it's still available, the salesmen told me the car just was sold. I ask him if customer change his mined call me. He promised me you are the first in the line if the car does not sell. I call back next day they said the car is available for sale, I give them the OK on the asking price and asked to send me wire instruction, in the couple minuets the salesman called me and said the car sold. I would not recommend to buy cars from this dealer, take your business to some place else.

Great Experience

Great people, great environment, knowledgeable staff, great selection, overall a 10 rating just plain and simple. My sales person was Steve Cauthon, I would highly recommend. Mr. Allen the finance guy was class act!

Great service great deal!!!

David was superb the deal was very good and he spent time explaining the technology to me, he allowed me to take the SUV to another dealership to compare, that is one of the reasons I came back to sewell!! Cory the sale manager made us feel so welcome it was an easy buying experience I love my new escalade!!! Thank you !!

Sewell of Dallas sale a damage CT6.

I was excited to buy a car from Sewell Cadillic of Dallas on 01/26/19, experience was great and made me feel at home during the time of sale. Once I got back to California and drove the car for a month , I took my car to a nother dealership for an oil change, they had informed that my fuel tank had been collapsed. I contacted Sewell Cadillic of Dallas , sent pictures of my car collapsed tank as well. I was told by an salesman that someone will get back to you first thing Monday morning. Tuesday morning I received a call from director of sales enquiring what my concerns was about my car, I told him that I would like to look at returning my car back, paying for the miles put on the vehicle and return my down payment and buy different vehicle? MR. Nelson said let me work some number, I will give you a call back. I waited two day , called Mr. Nelson back and was in former by staff that Mr. Nelson was out for the day. I realized that I had nothing in writing regarding the dealership intentions so I reached out to a corporate director of Sewell, informed him of the problem and I ask if him if anyone could give me something in writing to resolve my problem with getting a nother vehicle since my car was damaged. He said Mr. Nelson will give you something in writing, a day later Mr. Nelson stated that he would fix my car but never mentioned nothing about my concerns about returning my vehicle. I have now stopped driving my vehicle, started pursuing other legal options.

Very unprofessional

Picked a XT5 preownded to purchase and asked the sales person to allow my wife and me to get a quick bit to eat and discus our purchase. Returned 30 minutes to learn that Sewall was in the process of selling the vehicle to anouther person! I said “really! You couldn’t wait 30 minutes for us to return?” Got a snarky reply “we knew you were going to return but didn’t know you were going to buy it”. Of course we were going to return since they had my trade care being appraised.

Transmission Issues

I purchased a 2013 Cadillac SRX several years ago & have had multiple problems. I took the vehicle in for regular oil changes & service throughout the warranty period, then used a shop closer to me after it expired. I was told by Sewell each time there was no recall on my vehicle. My transmission has gone out. When I began to research it, I found out this is a known issue for cadillac and many recalls have been issued to correct it. Apparently my vin wasn't one that was recalled. HOWEVER MY FREAKING TRANSMISSION HAS GONE OUT. I was told I would have to pay for diagnostic & repairs. Their service is a scam! There is no way I should be having transmission issues. I would NEVER recommend Sewell.

Awesome experience!!

Dropped my car off for repairs in the morning. I was greeted by a service representative, whose presentation was courteous and professional. My loaner car was brand new and in excellent condition. I received a call the same afternoon stating that my vehicle would be ready by the and of the day. Upon pick-up, I was offered a complimentary water and chocolate for my drive home. I have loved my Sewell experience and will remain loyal to this brand for life! I've never been more pleased with a car dealership. Sewell Cadillac has created the perfect model of what buying/owning a car should be!! Thank you Sewell!!
