Pleasant shopping experience from one who always dreads...

Pleasant shopping experience from one who always dreads shopping for cars. Hasan listened very carefully to what features I wanted and then when he selected what to show me, it was a perfect match. It seems unbelievable but I bought the first car he showed me. There was really no need to look at more. Thanks Hasan!!!

Hasan was a great guy to work with. Took the time to talk to me and figure out what I wanted and needed in a car and found me the perfect car for me. Very honest, and caring about giving quality cars to people. Let me come 3 days in a row to finish everything, since I was pressed for time the first 2 days. Very highly recommend working with Hasan. Also Alen in the finance department, made sure I got the best interest rate, and a warranty and worked with me the beat he could. Thank you both for everything.

Quick, easy, helpful. They explained everything clearly. I like that u can book appointments online and that they communicate using text messaging. The shop is very clean and organized.

The dealership is very attentive while you are selecting...

The dealership is very attentive while you are selecting a vehicle once you get locked into a purchase with them you become a nuisance and they ghost you. Both Trey and Adi Who handled my sale Did not take any calls or return any calls from me from the moment that I purchased the vehicle on August 20 up until yesterday August 30. I was having noise come from my brakes as well as noise coming from the steering I am mediately called the dealership the very next day explained all of these issues to a couple different other sales guys and still nobody has yet to address the issues. Next major issue has to do with finance, they have you sign a agreement stating a rate that the bank provides and in my case I signed a statement agreeing to 3.68% as well as a $2099 Acura protection plan that is forced and there’s no way to not get it however I did agree to it and signed.When it came time for me to sign the actual contract the terms had changed they had added an additional $1401 service protection plan on top of the $2099 service protection plan without my consent as well is the interest rate was lowered to help absorb the cost of this.When I called my lender my lender came back and stated that I was approved for 2.84% financing and that is what was provided to the dealership had the dealership not added the $1401 on top of the $2099 And just gave me the 2.84% from the get-go my payment would’ve been a lower than what it currently is. So now I am paying interest on top of $1401 that I absolutely did not agree to it was not explained during the signing process that that is what they done and in my opinion that is fraudulent business practices after consulting with an attorney as well as consulting with the bank I have argued back and asked for this to be looked into as I believe that it is bank fraud the dealership should not be manipulating paperwork just to increase their own commissions

Due to my busy schedule I reached out through email to get information on purchasing my leased vehicle. I was sent numbers on the interest rate, monthly payment, etc in a fair time frame. I was told by Alen Zenkovic that he could have all the paperwork ready for me on Saturday if I sent in a couple copies of needed info which I did. He said it should take 15 minutes at most to sign papers and finish things up, so I planned my afternoon plans around that. I was contacted by Andi Zenkovic that morning asking to text him when I was on the way, which I did. My wife and I arrived and were seated and Andi said he'd get things so we could sign. Long story short, he went back and forth from our seats to the finance office 2 or 3 times to ask us questions that he should have already known like what county we lived in and what the color of the vehicle is. I let him know we were upset that we were told the process would not take long. While we waited it was like a party was happening in the lobby with the sales, office, and service staff. They were loud and to us made it an unprofessional setting. After finally going back to see Alen he printed off more forms and for me to sign and apologized and indicated they had a busy morning and it was putting him behind. If that was the case, why did I set a specific time to be there? If I have a customer specifically driving in from 30 minutes away who shows up right on time I'm going to be ready to serve them. The 15-20 minutes max I was promised turned into nearly an hour. The whole process from when we originally leased the car 3 years ago was poor and it just finished that way as well. I will certainly not be going back or recommending this dealership.
