After a few brief message exchanges with George Campo, we went to the dealership. When we arrived, he was waiting for us with info on both cars were we?re interested in, had the keys ready, and had located them in the lot. He was fully attentive to our needs and concerns. Very professional.

The initial purchase process went great and was

The initial purchase process went great and was efficient. However, from there it has been a horrible experience. I purchased a vehicle on 3/30/25 and given an initial temp tag. As the expiration was approaching, I called the dealership and was forwarded to the finance department where I left a message inquiring about the status of my tag. I was informed that there was a title delay and had another temp tag issued. It is now May 8th and the DMV still doesn't have the paperwork, so I call the dealership again, was transferred and left yet another voicemail, with no return call. Therefore, I sent the gentleman that did the paperwork a text. He let me know that the title was delayed and title clerk had been out, but he was told this would be resolved before this temp tag expired. Fast forward almost 2 weeks later, no tag, no update. I have tried contacting someone at the dealership, leaving voicemails on May 8th and 19th, with no return call. I reached out to the Regional DMV who has now initiated an invesitgation based on the complaint I made. They spoke with the dealership who informed them the title is coming from TX and is still delayed, and they would call her back; which has yet to happen. I had to drive almost 2 hours to a Regional DMV for a letter so that I can go to the local DMV to pay for another temp tag. I still have no idea what the delay is or when I can expect this to be resolved, so I called the dealership again today asking for a manager and was told he would return my call as soon as he finished with a customer but its now been 6 hours since I called and no one has reached out to me. The dealership has been paid for the vehicle and I have already paid the first payment, yet the new lienholder still doesn't have the title because its still with the lienholder in TX per the DMV registration records. This is unacceptable and unprofessional to have a situation like this and not return the customer's calls.

They were amazing.

They were amazing. They gave me hope again and finally got me a brand new ride which I lost hope for. But with much patience they worked hard to get the job done! I am so appreciative for them.

Great experience from start to finish.

Great experience from start to finish. When I arrived my car was being detailed and all the paperwork was ready for me. All the staff was knowledgeable and willing to help in any way possible. One of the best vehicle purchase experiences I have ever had!
