Took 7-8 days to get diagnostic completed.
Took 7-8 days to get diagnostic completed. Communication was not the way I expected. Between the warranty company and the car service area, I didn't receive my vehicle until 1 month later and one of the areas that was worked on the panels weren't placed back properly. I've been a customer for 15 years at this AutoNation Pembroke and has never experience this long of a wait for service....

I recently purchased a car maybe less than 2months ago
I recently purchased a car maybe less than 2months ago and haven't driven over 1400 miles yet. I noticed the check engine light on so I called the service department 3days ago and still havent received a call back. Jennifer the operator was very helpful as she's been the one to answer my each time. Even though she's sent emails to whomever in charge I still havent received a phone call yet abd its the closing of another day. Mind you upon trying to sell me the car I was called 3 to 4 times a day trying to get me to come in. I've tried call8ng my sales person, his manager and even the finance representative but yet no one has gotten back to me. Because this is my main source of transportation I was told to call the Naples dealership which I did and was given an appointment date and a rental car for the inconvenience. Not only is this costing me time and earnings but also unnecessary mileage on my vehicle. With this being said this dealership has proven to me that it's just about making a deal to sell a car and that's it. Good luck!

We were treated very well by the sales staff at Auto Nation. Very happy with our new Equinox. This would be a 5 star review except that we did not get a user manual with our new car. We were told that Chevrolet does not provide them any longer. I find this ABSURD!!! With all the new gadgets on the car there's no explanation on how to use everything.

The technicians are knowledgeable and fast. No one has ever tried to upsell me on services. The waiting area is clean and comfortable and has free WiFi. All of the service advisors I’ve worked with have been pleasant.
