The technicians are knowledgeable and fast. No one has ever tried to upsell me on services. The waiting area is clean and comfortable and has free WiFi. All of the service advisors I’ve worked with have been pleasant.

Review of AutoNation Service Department I recently

Review of AutoNation Service Department I recently brought my Corvette to AutoNation for an engine noise concern. After inspection, I was told by both the service rep and the mechanic that the issue was caused by a bearing in the pulley/fan belt assembly. The repair was completed under my warranty at a cost of $1,150 to the warranty company. When I picked up my car and drove away, the noise was exactly the same as before. I immediately contacted the service rep, who scheduled me to return. At my follow-up appointment, I was then told that the real issue was with the torque tube due to worn bearings—something that should have been properly diagnosed the first time. This mistake wasted my valuable time and created unnecessary confusion. Fortunately, my warranty will cover this additional repair, but it should never have taken two visits and conflicting diagnoses to reach the correct conclusion. As a loyal customer who has purchased four Corvettes and relied on AutoNation’s service department for over 25 years, this was a very disappointing experience. I expect better accuracy, accountability, and care for long-standing customers.

I had the worst experience ever with AutoNation in

I had the worst experience ever with AutoNation in Pembroke Pines. They sold me a vehicle, sold me a warranty, the vehicle has been defective since we bought it. It had 2 different repairs so far. My truck transmission has broken twice, my vehicle has been in the dealership for over a YEAR and they don't take my calls, they only say that there are no parts no transmission. Till this day I have no vehicle, no answer, they play with you and don't take responsibilities, after you pay for warranties, they just don't fix the defective vehicle they sell you with so enthusiasm. I will never buy another chevy again, I stuck with the car payments and have no vehicle fix. It's unlivable yes, but my story is true.

An appointment means nothing.

An appointment means nothing. If you bring your car in for an oil change and tire rotation get ready for a loooooooooooong wait, 3 hours minimum! The check-in process is disorganized and confusing. And the cost is ridiculous!
