I made an appointment for my first oil change since

I made an appointment for my first oil change since buying my 2024 Tahoe from AutoNation Chevrolet in Pembroke Pines. My appointment was for Thursday at 3:20 PM. I arrived at 3:15. Shortly after my vehicle was taken for the service. After one and a half hours I asked the assistant service manager was the service completed? She informed me that my vehicle was still waiting to be taken into the service. I asked how much longer it would be and she informed me it would be at least another one and half to 2 more hours. I informed her that I made an appointment as directed for 3:20. She said there were many customers before me. Abusively even though I had an appointment it didn't matter. Ver poor customer service. I left the dealership without my service being completed. I made an appointment at Tire Kingdom for 3:00 PM the next day. My service was completed by 3:30. I will never use Auto Nation Chevrolet Pem Broke Pines dealership service department.

I had a great experience with AutoNation Chevy Pembroke

I had a great experience with AutoNation Chevy Pembroke Pines. Tyrone Morris was my Sales Person and he was so patient with me. I did a test drive with 2 vehicles. All questions that I had Tyrone was able to help assist which made my decision a lot easier. No frustrations at all. There was another Representative name Joshua who helped assist me at the end. Joshua walked me through with the features on the vehicle. Joshua was very patient and was thorough. I am completely satisfied with my experience. If I had to do it all over again or refer someone it would be with this same dealer. Thank u!

Would not go back , No need to keep us there so long or run us through financial. Did not prep purchase as promised .Also left GPS tracker in Vehicle.
