Lease Termination

We returned our leased 2015 Jeep and re-leased a new 2018 Jeep. The dealership was very accommodating - met our price parameters, absorbed remaining payments, examined the vehicle for any damages, and took possession for transfer back to Fusion Financial Group.. The lease company came back to us (over nine months later) and demanded over $2k for excessive damages.. Atlantic Jeep-Chrysler (Peter Zorzy - VP Operations/Lianne Dunne - Administrator) came to our defense and in-fact absorbed a negotiated settlement, They were polite, professional and very supportive, They saved the day. Highly recommend Atlantic Jeep . . . suggest NEVER using Fusion Financial Group.. .

Worst sales mgr ever !!! Fire >>> Brian OKeefe

Jeeps are great !! Sales Mgr Brian OKeefe the worst.....fire him!!! Anthony Aloisio with the ok from corporate boss Peter Zorzy made the 2 car deal right.

Unhappy

Yeah I’m changing my review. I will never buy a car here again. What was told to me it would be a simple fix on a messed up brand new car turned into a nightmare. Sales people will say anything to get you to buy the car, after that they don’t care. Wish I never bought this car, what a waste of time it has been trying to get this issue fixed that a new car should of never had.

Terrible

Brought it in to fix a small dent and chipped paint, didn’t notice it before buying car and signing papers, or I would of never purchase it. Fast forward to service appointment , They weren’t able to do it that day after assuring me it would be done. They had me re schedule promising it would get done. Bring it in, then get a call at night saying they fixed the dent, but they don’t have the paint anymore. You knew I was coming a week in advance, after not getting it done the first time, and again you screw up? This place sucks.

So happy with my new jeep!

I met with Thomas Maiorini after speaking with him on the phone about getting a Wrangler. Thomas helped me pick out which Wrangler fit my needs. I'm unbelievably happy with my new Jeep! I will definitely recommend anyone I know that is looking for a new vehicle.

Extremely happy customer

I honestly couldn't be happier Thomas found me exactly what I wanted for cheaper then expected . I went to at least 10 dealerships and nothing compared to Atlantic dodge on sunrise. Usually you feel like they just want to make a sale but not at Atlantic I actually felt like they cared I'm extremely happy and highly recommend this dealership . A marvelous salesman!

First lease at age 25 and it was an incredible experience leasing my first vehicle at this location. Craig among Anthony Mecca and Caleb went above and beyond helping me and answering questions to the perfect vehicle for myself. I came for a “preowned vehicle” left with a brand new 2018 Jeep Grand Cherokee! Craig has amazing interpersonal skills! Highly recommend requesting him to make your purchase from West Islip Atlantic Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram!

Great experience

I was undecided between getting a Ford Explorer or a Jeep grandcherokee, but when I drove the grandcherokee I knew that this was the Vehicle that I wanted to get. And so Caleb helped me through the whole process. And we kept in touch between phone calls and texts. And he was great. And I got the deal I wanted. Jason Arbeeny was excellent

Ask for Jason Arbeeny. As soon as we got out of our car he was right there to assist us. We were not sure about buying when we got there, we were just looking, but he was able to meet our numbers and did not stop fighting for us to make sure we were comfortable with the numbers. He got us the best possible deal and never left our side throughout the entire process. He did not disappear and help someone else while we were waiting, he stayed with us until the sale was complete. What a great experience. Made a stressful situation very pleasant. Very pleasant personality as well.
