Taken advantage of
I'm sad to say I was taken advantage of. Craig Miller first showed me the truck i saw on there web site, top notch Ram long horn.. then we talked prices, out my reach, he hunted for trucks more fitting to my expense. He listened carefully to what I wanted, what i needed in a truck and we found two more right away.this is where it went south, I didn't take them for a test drive and he was already talking prices that were out of my reach still, finally hours later they came down and still its much much more then I COULD spend monthly ( I know people understand this). I asked if I could take this beautiful , hot looking, all black Ram for a ride. He told me it was prolong paper work but if i really wanted to i could (" this was the truck for me"he said again after every thing we looked at!) Craig moved around trucks to get it out and we took it for a ride. It handled good, pick up ( check) , corners ( check). We drove back , I opened doors and looked in the back, looks good to me . So the process continued. The other Ram we looked at we didn't even get to drive Craig never even offered. We went home ..... with our heads spinning, we spent more then we wanted, put more down then we wanted, and came home with a truck that we weren't sure we wanted. This was Saturday March 9th. On March 13, i was driving home and my head lights were un even , one literally facing straight down. So bvb the next morning took the truck to my mechanic, he told me the truck was in a major accident and pieces of the truck were not attached and bent, the hood plus other front parts were replaced. The dealership played it off and told me the frame was fine and it was cosmetic! Wrong answer Craig! I trust my mechanic..i have for years..I don't who looked at this truck underneath but it is unsafe out right ! They lied and didnt tell me it was in an accident .this would have changed the purchase. They fraudulently sold a damaged truck and for a much higher price then they should have. They told me they will TRY and fix the COSMETIC parts I'm talking about but I feel taken advantage of by MR MILLER, I should have been warned that the truck was not sturdy, was in a accident and instead I'm a female they took advantage of me..how many bnb pot holes will it take before the front end drops?

1 day turned into 3
I showed up first thing on a Tuesday 8;00 am. I had to call on Wednesday they did not. They told me the truck did not get in the shop yet. If I knew this I would have rented a car . I was understanding do to the holiday and weather backups . I have been dealing with this dealership since 2001 when they were herbee dodge. I needed an oilchange/tire rotation and 4 recalls all miner recalls and minor smell of antifreeze only to be told there was no leak . Now this is where I get upset.I have been a mechanic for 30 years , only to find the antifreeze still low under the minimum line.What happened to the point checks?????? not to mention the complaint of antifreeze odor two reasons to be sure the reservoir was full. End all this here. Did not get truck till Thursday night 4;30pm.

Great Customer Service Experience!
I went to Atlantic to purchase a 2019 Dodge Durango. Travis was my salesman, Brian was the Manager on the floor and Sam was the finance manager. They were all very professional and wanted to make sure that I was in the right car and that I made the right deal for my budget. They took there time reviewing the numbers with me during the process. I wound up leasing a 2019 Dodge Durango instead of buying it. I was so impressed with the team that I returned the following day and decided to lease a Jeep Cheroke for my son. I have been a customer of Atlantic since 2015 and we currently have 4 vehicles in my driveway from Atlantic. I've already recommended family and friends to Atlantic. Thanks guys!
