I leased a dodge challenger srt 392 from Travis last night and was so happy w the service that I felt I needed to leave a review, I never could imagine purchasing a vehicle w dealers who are more honest and straightforward with you. I told Travis what I wanted, he found me a package that matched my description, and gave me a fair price. I am extremely impressed with the value i got on my lease for how fair my payments are. Not only is the car awesome, payments were low off the start, but I get great services at the dealership for free. I recently purchased a 2018 charger hellcat in early December. The salesman Ricky knows his SRT vehicles inside and out and is very trust worthy. Ricky is a true asset to Dodge and Atlantic. We had some mild issues after the fact with the financial aspect of the deal that caused me concern. Tom in finance stepped in with joe who is one of the managers and they did the right thing and made my concerns go away. This review easy could of went wrong way but the level of professionalism that Tom showed working with joe and Ricky will allow me to enjoy my new hellcat and I’m looking forward to dealing with this crew in the future when I upgrade my wife’s truck. I own a business so I know things can go wrong at some point but it’s the way you handle after the fact and make right that counts in the end! I highly recommend these guys! The lack of respectfulness, the service advisor is just rude and or incompetent. I had my truck in for repair, advisor told me it needs a wire harness. It is on back order. I wait over a month he never calls. The day I call him he tells me it just came in, yeah right. They replace the harness and cut out my LED lights, and I mean the cut them out that there is no way to hook them back up. Guess what - it wasn’t the harness. Big waste of time and money at this place. I was hoping to contact John Staluppi – of course you can’t. He needs to know that his employees at Atlantic Dodge are the worst, but I am sure he doesn’t care.

My experience at Atlantic Jeep was great. Travis the salesperson was very helpful in explaining the features of the new Wrangler, and worked with me to put together a deal that worked for me. I'd recommend Atlantic and Travis to anyone looking for a new Jeep.

Stopped in just to look....Chris Blanc was really helpful as he had to drive me to their overflow lot to look at car in the color i liked. Chris also helped when I got a bit frustrated due to something i wasn't understanding - anyway, he had the patience to get me through it, and also came back at me with a price that i was really happy with and I just had to buy the car right there. Really happy with the way things worked out and how Chris handled my douchy flare up and got me out of there happy as a clam.

My second time I came because Mr.Travis was such a great salesman. Very understanding got me a great deal. That’s why I came back to this dealership.
