Automotive Imports

I drove up to Automotive Imports thinking I'd test drive a couple cars and be on my way. Instead, I drove off the lot in a beautiful Beamer. I know my cars and I've worked in sales. Going to dealerships is intimidating and stressful and most people dread it. Working with Taniessa and Automotive Imports was the exact opposite of that. First off: the facilities are amazing. They specialize in German cars so all the Audis, Mercedes, and BMWs I was looking at were all in one place. Plus it doesn't hurt that there were Jags, G Wagons, and an SLS AMG (among other things) to look at. There's a laid back vibe about the dealership and you can tell these people enjoy their job and where they work. This is NOT a stuffy, cold, corporate dealership. Staff: I wouldn't have purchased a car if it weren't for Taniessa. She's made my entire purchasing experience easy and even enjoyable because she's knowledgeable, easy going, and was never pushy. I came in firing questions left and right and she got me all the answers I needed. I've been in contact with countless dealerships and sales people over the last two months but hands down, she made the sale because she's awesome. I appreciate everything she and Dave (one of the owners) have done for me. GO TO AUTOMOTIVE IMPORTS. Do NOT waste your time at a corporate dealership. The quality of cars they have are just as good, if not better, than what you'll find at a name brand dealership. I'll be recommending everyone I know to these guys.

Tony and the crew at Automotive Imports really took good care of my family! From the start by showing my boys the built in arcade and my daughter the playhouse so that we could focus on the car buying experience. No hidden fees and a straight forward approach made things easy and when a small pull was noticed during the test drive they immediately put it up on the rack and got it fixed at no additional charge! I will be back and will be telling my friends and family!

Tony is great! Everyone here was so friendly and knowledgeable. The owner and manager went out of their way to introduce themselves and made us feel super comfortable. Best buying experience ever. I will be buying all my future vehicles here.

I could not be more pleased with my experiences at Automotive Imports. I had purchased a 2006 Audi S4 from them about 2 years ago and have been impressed with their customer service and technical expertise every time I've come in for service (Joe is the best mechanic I have ever worked with). Tony and Dave recently approached my fiancé and I about trading the Audi in as the cash value on the warranty was about to expire. No pressure, just more of a courtesy which we appreciated. After letting Tony know our bottom line, he worked hard to get us the best deal on a 2014 BMW X1. Tony was great about communicating even after we left the dealership and we felt like his main priority from start to finish. The day we came to make the trade, he had even started the paperwork which made the process so easy and fast. As always, everyone at the dealership was friendly, helpful and clearly working as a team which is what I really love about this group. If you are in the market for a used German vehicle, I cannot recommend Automotive Imports enough.

They had several cars I was interested in and all looked to be in great condition. Once I decided on the one to buy, Tony was great to work with. It was literally the fastest and easiest car purchase I've ever made.

He is outstanding as far as knowledge, understanding of clients needs and benefits are concerned. Jake McDonald was very helpful in helping me purchase a new vehicle for my wife. He built great rapport with me and my wife and spoke to me as a person not a Salesman. He gave me straight up answers and told me when it would be a mistake or if it would be a good idea to get certain Vehicles just because of what questions he asked me and what would best fit me for my family. Jake and Nick were both so helpful in finding us the exact vehicle we wanted and for the best deal! Not only did they find exactly what we wanted, but they found it within 1 day!
