Automotive Imports

I found a car we were interested in at Automotive Imports. My daughter was looking to make her first adult purchase. I called and talked to Tony one of the sales people about the car. I set up an appointment to come in. Tony assured me he would have the car cleaned up and ready for me. A couple hours later the sales manager left me a message that a car that I had not even called about had been sold. I assumed they had gotten me mixed up with someone else. I called Tony to confirm my appointment and he confirmed that the car had been sold and gave me all kinds of excuses. I guess you are not valuable as a customer unless you are buying a high end automobile. These people don't even care enough to know what you want, much less to help you get it. If i was looking to give my daughter a car buying lesson, I was successful: beware of shady dealerships.

Cameron and Nick helped me out with my 'new to me' 2003 4runner today. Both of them were very friendly and got me a great deal with the best possible finance rate as well. What's more, I was in and out in an hour and change, which I really appreciated at the beginning of a busy week. So far I love the car and I would certainly send any of my friends and family to these guys for their next car! Thanks guys!

My fiance and I went to Automotive Imports based on a referral from our friends who have purchased 3 cars from this dealership. I was skeptical as to how they could have such great, competitive prices for the quality of imports they sell. We weren't shopping for anything in particular but decided to test drive a 2014 BMW 328I X Drive. The car was great and had all the features we were looking for and at a great price too. The shop is clean and the cars are clean too. We dealt with both Dave, the owner and also with Taniessa in Sales. Both helped make our experience a pleasant and easy one. If you're in the market for a nice import vehicle, there's no reason to not check out Automotive Imports. Why not go and see what they have? Lots of nice imports to choose from and a great place to visit.

This is my second car from AI. Aside from a good selection, The staff is easy to deal with, No Pressure. They found car I was looking for. The price was in the range that I was looking for with the options that were important. I highly recommend this independant car dealer to anyone looking for a top shelf slightly used import.

We were interested in a late model, luxury crossover or SUV import. Automotive Imports had a great selection to chose from - Audi, Mercedes Benz, Lexus, BMW and more. Tony and other staff members helped us decide on our new BMW and spent a large amount of time explaining all of the features of the car and the included 3-month/3,000 miles warranty. We will recommend Automotive Imports to family and friends!
