A disappointing all-around experience. The owner was full...

A disappointing all-around experience. The owner was full of himself and didn't listen. He is very self-interested and didn't listen to what I wanted. It was more about the sale than getting me the right car. I'll never buy a car from Dave again.

I have never purchased an automobile site un seen but...

I have never purchased an automobile site un seen but because the car I wanted was in Denver and I live in Mesa Arizona, I took the chance on trusting the folks at automotive imports. The car arrived just as it was described to me. The people at automotive imports are honest straightforward and a pleasure to deal with. I would not hesitate to purchase another car from them in the future. John , in Mesa Arizona

Totally saved me today---with nothing to gain!!!

This company was my personal savior today, and treated me with such kindness despite having nothing to financially gain! I got a blown out flat tire on a 95 degree day with my 4 year old with me (and a husband out of town). They were close enough to get to as i truly had no safe option to change my own tire in that heat with a 4 year old in the car! I have changed my own tire before so I felt embarassed to ask, but under the heat/circumstances knew I needed to seek help. They were friendly and patient, and went straight to helping me, without even acting annoyed at the interruption in the slightest! I tried several times to pay them but both gentlemen refused to be compensated for their time and energy even though their business was clearly busy. I strongly believe that any company that helps a stranger, with nothing to gain financially, and does so with such kindness and respect, deserves everyones business. It can be hard to know who can be trusted when money is being exchanged, but personally I would place my bets with them any day if they offer any service you can use. Thanks again for saving my day!!! I am only sorry in my flustered state that I didnt ask for the name of the gentleman who helped me. I may have been speaking directly with the owner before I left (not sure) but I hope that someone gets some extra credit in karma or cash. :)

AWESOME!!!

I worked with Kendall and Nick. I've bought a few cars and I have to admit this was the BEST EXPERIENCE I've ever had in buying a car. Not only did I buy one car, I bought two cars from them that night. I had no sales pressure, everything I was promised I've received. I also love that everyone was dressed casual. The atmosphere in the dealer was casual. I will definitely go back to them when I am looking for another vehicle and recommend my friends.

Completely blown away

My first car buying experience in over a decade. I rolled in cautiously optimistic but was blown away by this place. Gorgeous inventory, easygoing sales staff, cool atmosphere and just a generally good vibe. Khai and Tony were good men. Patient and helpful and let me test drive anything I wanted. I am typically a very decisive person but this was my first purchase in a long time and I was a little anxious. I test drove 3 cars but ultimately drove away with the one I came to see. All in all a terrific experience. Very grateful to Khai for his help and patience. He stayed well past closing to help me drive off in a new-to-me car and worked with my budget to get me into a car that made sense for me (it was ultimate a pragmatic buy, not a passion one, but it really is sexy mA). It's been less than 24hrs but the experience was too positive not to share. I am excited and optimistic!

Exceeded Expectations

Cameron was a great salesman. I knew the car I wanted and the price I wanted to pay. Very fair on my trade and Cameron worked hard to get to the number I needed. Nick, the sales manager, exceeded my expectations by recognizing a large scratch and offered to re-paint the door. Not touch up. Re-paint. These folks appear to understand the lost art of customer service and provided a premium experience. I was at a BMW dealer the week before and the salesman was more worried about lease options versus listening to the customer. I would also be remiss to not mention the car nerd, Joshua, who spent an hour running through the tech features and was patient while I asked to see every setting in every menu. Cameron had all the paperwork ready to go when I got there to finalize the sale and there was never any pressure to complete this sale. Having all the service in house also helps give me peace of mind beyond the sale.

Bmw M6

Hello everyone. I have recently purchased a BMW M6 from this amazing team of dealers. I flew all the way out from Georgia just to purchase the beautiful car. At my arrival to the airport I was picked up by Joe who is an awesome guy, and the car was sold to me in about 15 minutes. I rarely write reviews because the time it takes costs money, yes time is money. But from beginning to end, the team including Cameron and Joe, were of great help. I am enjoying my car to its fullest, and came across some issues with the car shipping company, completely different company from Automotive Imports. Even after buying the car, Joe has assisted me with fixing the crazy issues and damages to the vehicle during transport. It is all figured out and being in the works of a claim, but the fact that I am being assisted with this issue from Joe is all genuine kindesss, as it is NOT his responsibility. Great company and will go to say hello the next time I visit! Wish this site would let me give 10 stars but it doesn’t.
