Best service department of any dealership that I have worked with. Their team is amazing. They are always nice and fully explain any needed repairs. I typically wait for service, and they always offer a desk for me to work or anything else that I need.

Jim Barth was once again AMAZING to work with at Mini!! He went above and beyond to make me happy and even was able to FIND the Mini I really wanted and made arrangements to have it taken off of a shipment truck and sent over, right before it was to head somewhere else! Made my day!! Jim is awesome! I absolutely LOVE my new Mini! 🚘

This week my wife and I picked up our second Mini Cooper from this dealership. The first one we bought from this dealership and still own it, 15 years later. During the process to pick up our second Mini, Jim Barth was our sales consultant and did a wonderful job. First, he helped us pick the one that fit our needs. Once we did that, Jim stayed with us during the buying process then went over the car with us from front to rear. Overall experience was 5 star. Will continue to take our 2004 car here and look forward to taking the new one there as well.

Alex and Elijah are professional, personable and knowledgeable service advisors and they everything they can to get the job done-and make sure you are informed throughout the process. This is my second Mini (the first was totalled in an accident) and they have kept me motoring for 6 years! Highly recommend.
