We love Dreyer & Reinbold! We can say they have always made buying a new car fun! who says that???!! Our new 2025 Countryman Electric is our 5th Mini from them. Presley Stewart kept me updated throughout the ordering process, at pick up taught us all kinds of crazy new features. There is so much to learn that we have a follow-up date. I can say I have a new friend. and BTW our new Mini's name is Fritz... names after the Cincy hippo :)

I stopped in to look at a vehicle not expecting to get the numbers to work. I worked with Virginia and she, not only, made the numbers work, but got the numbers to work better than I expected. She wasn't pushy or forced anything that I didn't want and was phenomenal in answering all the questions I had. And the bonus was that the process was quick. I recently purchased a certified pre owned car from this company. When I drove it off the lot I found a number of issues with it. After 15 days in the shop it was not fixed. When I spoke with the new car sales manager on the phone he called me a liar several times and made me feel so incredibly unsafe that I hung up the phone on him. Afterwards I called him back and he never responded. I’ve never regretted purchasing a car more in my life. These people are incredibly mean.

I purchased a used car today, and it was an incredibly easy and completely satisfactory experience. I had already done research on the car, which was very reasonably priced, and was inclined to buy it pending anything out oof the ordinary with a test drive. Virginia Ramey set me up so quickly withthe test drive, with the car out front by the time that I arrived. I was happy with the drive, and everything then proceeded smoothly and quickly thanks to Virginia and the sales team. No weird extras were thrown in, and I was literally off the lot with the car within 90 minutes of showing up for the test drive. Kudos to the team!

Purchased an M4 CS from Dreyer and Reinbold 2 weeks ago. Its a truly amazing car, however, the entire staff was truly amazing as well. From Sales to Service to BMW genius Rep, couldn't ask for a finer team. When the car arrived the team went thru all of features in detail. Felt very comfortable dealing with all and plan on having a long term relationship with D&R.
