Worked with us on price, answered all our questions and genuinely made the unexpected necessity of buying a new car a great experience. It’s only been 2 days and I’m already in love with my new 2023 Ford Explorer XLT. Upgrading from a broken down 2015 Equinox could not have been made a more pleasurable experience.

Went well by the end, had to return after the first
Went well by the end, had to return after the first attempt to repair the problem. They also completed a recall at the same time. The service manager was concerned with our returned visit and offered a fast turnaround and a discounted on the additional repair. In the end it all went well and so far, and it seems to be fixed. Service adviser Melissa kept us informed and was very professional.
