Great Service

Auto Nation provided routine maintenance on my Ford Explorer. The facility was clean and orderly and the waiting area was quite comfortable.

AutoNation Ford in Arlington, Tx and my sales rep Leroi were fantastic. Worked with us on price, answered all our questions and genuinely made the unexpected necessity of buying a new car a great experience. It’s only been 2 days and I’m already in love with my new 2023 Ford Explorer XLT. Upgrading from a broken down 2015 Equinox could not have been made a more pleasurable experience.

Went well by the end, had to return after the first

Went well by the end, had to return after the first attempt to repair the problem. They also completed a recall at the same time. The service manager was concerned with our returned visit and offered a fast turnaround and a discounted on the additional repair. In the end it all went well and so far, and it seems to be fixed. Service adviser Melissa kept us informed and was very professional.

I'm happy

Everytime I need an inspection or oil change, even tires, I bring my vehicles to Autonation Ford in Arlington. All my last 5 vehicles were purchased here and everytime was treated well.

Excellent service

Truck went in for transmission repair. Was told it could take 2 months but only took 1. Joshua kept me up to date on the process.

Excellence service. My truck was serviced, inspected, and tire rotation. I was in and out in about 1.5 hours

First tech writer ignored me. After several minutes, while he was on the phone on a personal call, I had to find another agent. I walked down the line of agents and not one asked if they could help.
