Dropped car off for break service and picked car up later that same day with only needing a new battery. My service advisor, Jamie, kept me informed and was honest in what services my car actually needed. I was appreciative that I wasn’t being persuaded to pay for a number of other “necessary fixes”. Nathan Powell and his manager were great to deal with. The deal was made at a price we agreed on with all the items on the original sale document. I became a little worried when the final document didn’t show the same items as the original. I talked with Nathan and his manager and they assured me that all that we agreed to on the original document was included in the final document that was signed at closing. I’m satisfied with this new F150 and looking forward to years of enjoyment. I’m out of the country and unable to identify Nathan manager and the person who did the closing documents at this time.

Auto Nation provided routine maintenance on my Ford Explorer. The facility was clean and orderly and the waiting area was quite comfortable.

It’s only been 2 days and I’m already in love with my new 2023 Ford Explorer XLT. Upgrading from a broken down 2015 Equinox could not have been made a more pleasurable experience.

Went well by the end, had to return after the first attempt to repair the problem. They also completed a recall at the same time. The service manager was concerned with our returned visit and offered a fast turnaround and a discounted on the additional repair. In the end it all went well and so far, and it seems to be fixed. Service adviser Melissa kept us informed and was very professional.
