Awesome Shopping Experience

Brian Williams was very knowledgeable, professional and patient in helping me select the best car for me. Although I was not quite ready to buy, I'm certain I will be coming back to deal with only Brian!

Outstanding Service

I have purchased a number of new vehicles over the years, and have utilized the service departments of many different dealerships, but Matt Howell is unquestionably the best service representative that I have ever worked with...including several other service representatives who used to work for Vandergriff Acura. Don't let him get away!

2015 TLX

This is my 3rd Acura leased from Vandergriff. This time I was not sure what model I wanted and Jeff Carter worked with me looking at several vehicles to be sure that I chose the model that was best for me. After deciding on the new TLX 6cy Tech the process was fairly easy although it took quite a bit longer than I thought it should have. Jeff was excellent to work with and made me feel very comfortable with him. And although I have only had the TLX a week, I am very happy with it. I would recommend Vandergriff and Jeff to anyone looking for a different vehicle.

New TLX

This is the 3rd Acura I have purchased from Vandergriff Acura. Jeff Carter was the sales person I dealt with this time and he was excellent. Although I was not entirely sure which model I wanted this time when I arrived at the dealership, he helped me compare the models and took the time to be sure I was getting the model that was best for me. I decided on the TLX 6cyl tech model and I have had it about a week now and am so far very happy with the choice. The entire process took a little longer than I would have liked but Jeff and Robert Fugate the New Car Sales Mgr made the wait comfortable. I do think Vandergriff could improve by having a nicer area for customers buying cars to wait with a few amenities available similar to other luxury dealerships. I highly recommend Jeff and the Vandergriff team if you are looking for a new Acura.

Great customer service

I've purchased three cars from Vandergriff Acura in the past 10 years and have been very pleased with the customer service I've received from sales (Matt Crouse), finance, and the service department. I would (and have-one purchased a car) recommend the dealership to family and friends.

An Amazing Vandergriff Acura Experience

Recently, I was shopping for a 2015 Acura TLX with a specific package, color, and interior. I spoke by phone with Mike Pfleger of Vandergriff Acura. Mike Pfleger listened to my very specific needs and after a diligent process, found the exact vehicle I wanted. The entire process took place over the phone, although I was over 600 miles away. Through his expertise and competence, Mr. Pfleger made the entire process uncomplicated and enjoyable. Mike Pfleger projects a very positive and professional image of Vandergriff Acura which is not found in many car dealerships today. I highly recommend this dealership to anyone shopping for a new Acura whether you are shopping locally or as in my case, hundreds of miles away.

Repeat customer

I bought an Acura TSX at Vandergriff about eight years ago. When I replaced it with a 2015 MDX this past September, i again chose Vandergriff because my first experience there was so good and the price was better than that of dealers located much closer to my residence. There were all new faces when I returned to Vandergriff, but professionalism, helpfulness and friendly attitude were still the same. Wallace Griffith III was my internet sales manager and he was top notch. We agreed on price and shared some other information to streamline the process. Business Manager Fred Smith was also very pleasant and professional. When it's time for another new car, it will probably be an Acura and no matter where I live, I'll return to Vandergriff in Arlington, Texas.

Nice Acura MDX Buying Experience

Purchased Acura MDX 2015... John Ellis General Manager quoted very decent price and Matt Crouse took it from there - the whole transaction went so smoothly...I still could not believe it .... The new vehicle purchase should be like this... Sri Pingali Austin TX

Excellent Experience

We like getting to the bottom line quickly when making a car purchase, & truly detest all the back & forth haggling over price. The eaze & efficiency of buying our new MDX couldn't have been more pleasant due to our salesman, Jeff Carter. He's personable, knowledgeable, & did his job well.

Satisfactory experience

Found a pre-owned Acura TL online and contacted them through phone. The tag price was reasonable and the whole buying process was smooth. Jeff Carter helped me with the process and he was very friendly and helpful.
