Outstanding dealership!

I will highly recommend this dealership in purchasing a vehicle. The buying process was a breeze and their customer service was outstanding. Matt and his crew were very helpful and courteous. I am an extremely happy customer.

Purchase a pre owned Acura TSX

I worked with Matt Crouse the internet manager who did a fantastic job. He made the car buying process simple and straight forward. I got a good deal, a good car and good service.

Great Car buying experience

Great car buying experience at Vandergriff Acura. Ask for Matt Crouse. He is a great salesman. We were very pleased with our new vehicle. The dealership bought our lease and we were able to lower our payments with the new vehicle we purchased. We were in and out of the dealership in a couple of hours.

Great Job Ray

I truly feel if you have the right sales person, from the start, that can make or break the experience of buying a car. The moment my husband and I walked up, I didn't feel pressured. We even had a couple of minutes before someone came out to us which is nice. When Ray B. introduced himself, he asked if he could leave us his card while we walked around/looked at cars outside. Then to let him know if we had any questions that he would be close by to assist. I loved that! From that moment, I knew we would be buying a car from Ray. I was able to browse around without someone standing right there. I asked for a few more minutes to look and when he came back he still wasn't "pushy" for us to buy a car. He was very personable, friendly and extremely professional. My husband and I could tell he wanted to make sure we were 100% satisfied. The next day, Ray called to ask how I was liking the car and if my family was too. You can tell family is super important to Ray and that was another huge plus. Great job Ray and thank you!!

Happy with car

Jeff was terrific, patient, funny....a terrific salesman. He had our back, didn't give up, kept going back to his manager for our best interest. Would certainly go back to him for another car and would recommend him highly.

Honesty

I have never met a car sales person more honest than Wade Bragg...he was very polite and easy to talk to and genuinely has the consumers best interest in mind. I HIGHLY recommend Vandergriff Acura and ask for Wade for your next car purchase....PS - I am not a family member or a friend...just a customer who thankfully was passed off to Wade when I arrived and am glad I was.

Great Buying Experience!

May 28, 2014, 18 days prior to purchasing my 2014 Acura TL from Vandergriff Acura, I recently bought a 2013 Acura ILX from another Acura Dealership in Dallas. I drove my ILX for 18 days but realized that it was too small and under power for me. (I had a BMW 7 Series V8). I thought I could return my ILX to the Acura dealership in Dallas in exchange for a much larger vehicle but I did not know my options. I did some research and compare the deals between the one from Dallas and Vandergriff and found that Vandergriff Acura offers much better deal in terms of pricing. I went to the Dealership and met Travis Nguyen, he was informative about their cars. He also understands people's situations in all levels and promised to do his best to get the best deal I could get for my money. And he did. I was planning on buying a used 2012 Acura TL but I ended up buying the 2014 Acura TL with Tech Package!!! Travis delivered great customer care and satisfaction without the feeling of being pressured to buy. He went back and fort with the managers and finance people to achieve the best deal for my Acura ILX trade value and for my APR. He even had his staff have the car detailed twice on the same day to impress me. :-) Travis and I became friends after that and still continues to communicate outside car business. I highly recommend this dealership to everyone who is in the market for Acura. Travis Nguyen was outstanding and caring! Look for him on your visit and you might get more than what you intended to buy!

Great Buying Experience. Highly Recommended

Wonderful buying experience

I just bought my son a used car from Ray Busher. The care and attention to detail he provided was stellar. He was patient and found answers to every question. When looking for a vehicle, ask for Ray. The buying experience was Wonderful and hassle free. My 17 yr old son loves the car
